Service bad very Standing like a stupid in a queue they say i have open orders but i don't account was paid on time every month and it was not used for for 3 months and today wen i wanted to use it they came with stories This is very bad as i looked like a stupid in the shop and now they coming with stories #PAYJUSTNOW IS A **** A BIG ONE ON CUSTOMERS SERVICES BAD
OPenserve and Telkom This was a month to month one i wanted like VUma and when they installed it the techinician said it will be like that and the trail is on still i will pay monthend No contacted me i had to find contact details and when i gave my info there was no profile but tgey ibstalled the fibre i want my connection up and running and now this lady Aaliya i spoke to is saying credit vetting but tuesday she said it will be reconnected but wednesday it was another story and the same was told to my aunt i want my wifi reconnected Very bad serves from openserve my wifi is off Not happy i had to find out for myself and now they saying i must pay and it was explained i would pay monthend no contacted me i had ti phone around to get serves i am very dissappointed in the whole process regarding the fibre The service was very poor and i was never explained how it works and for a whole day yesterday i struggled for someone to contact me And my daughter is working from i hope all this can be resolved and is this not a month to month like a vuma contract i need someone to call and explain Cos i am not happy we sitting now with no wifi cos people employed dont follow up They didnt explain anything to me and they were advertising at our shopping centre i am not the only one who they did this too my suster also took it out and i know of a couple of other people who this happened too which is bad and no communication from them i should have just taken the Vuma and it should have been on OPENSERVE IS BAD IS MY WIFI GOING TO BE CONNECTED OR WAT I NEED ANSWER I AM PAYING NO MONEY FOR IT TO BR CONNECTED AS I WASCTOLD I WILL PAY MONTHEND COS ITS A TRAIL AND MY AUNTY IS ALSO VERY TIRED I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP TO RESOLVE THIS AND MY WIFI ON IMMEDIATELY MURIEL 0826459252

My is struggling to purchase from the shop and now they want to close her account and she is taking selfies its her account its not fair since yesterday this has been happening to her and tiday another story the service is poor not customer friendly
Hi very disappointed in Justpaynow I was embrassed today my card was not updated i was in a queue and the whole time it showed i must do a full installment instead of the 3 i usually do and their contact centre helps with nothing waiting on line more than an hour and the chat services says in 6 min they reply but no u wait like 20mins instead i was not very happy had to pack the stuff back which is not fair to a Paying customer I need answer asap So if i go tomorrow to makro I hope I'm not embrassed again i need some compensation for this

i am very dissappointed in Simply I have a policy by them for how many years I did inform that my previous bank I am having problems with them money going missing and debit orders being reversed i sent an email with my new bank details and noone came back to me and today I had to call them myself and ask what is happening and they telling me i must pay for 2 months a premium before its reinstated but as i know you need to pay for one month for it to e reinstated. this is not fair have been paying this policy for w few years now
