Worst customer service ever. My trip got cancelled to turkey due to overbooking, my refund was issued to with another passengers details at tel aviv after being Made to wait for 45 minutes the lady forgot what I was there for!!! I then sent countless of feedback and error was made again, finally they got it right but now I still haven’t been refunded and it’s going into 4 months. The worst customer service for any airline ..
Tlhari assisted with a refund for a customer of mine, best customer service I’ve seen in a while. All the negativity around capitec washed away with this fantastic lady. I will now bank with capitec due to her service :) keep up the good work!
Terrible customer service, the agents do not even know the correct departments to transfer to. I wasted hours of my day to get assistance with a new contract I would like to sign up with MTN and after speaking to a the 5th consultant Zanele I was advised to go to a store, because the website and agents will not be able to assist, I have no idea why they are around. I work 7 days a week, this is so inefficient and impractical. I would never recommend anybody to use MTN solely for the poor customer service.
I’ve been going there for years and I was happy. My recent trip was a terrible experience. The staff were good as they assisted me when travelling for 6 hours. The bed has soap still stained on it. The shower tap had to be put back in constantly when opening as it would just fall out. I’m extreme disappointed with my experience now and I can officially say that my annual visit at Emakhosini has been ended.
Really annoyed. I paid at the lakeside mall store on Wednesday for a boot that I required over the weekend , I was told to come on Friday, nothing came. Saturday, I was called and was told that they received 1 size 8 and a 9 as a pair. Now I just can’t get hold of them the phone is engaged since hours. I really just want my money back already. Definitely not shopping with them again
Ordered from pedros on previous Sunday. 3 chickens were ordered and a few burgers. We received NO buns and the chips were dry. Called back and I was told to drive back which was 15 km to pick the buns up a week later when I reminded them before ordering again. IMAGINE. No apology was given and such attitude isn’t appreciated. We’ve brought a lot of customers from Benoni to the Pedros in bonaero park/atlas road. We must be scared to report what we rightfully paid for.
