I have tried calling MONDO on numerous occasions and they have not answered even once. I am so annoyed, I wasted an hour + of airtime waiting for them to answer! All I want to do is speak the manager of the sales rep. to sort out the ****** up on my MTN contract! They signed me up on Sim only instead of the requested iphone 17 contract upgrade! It's been almost 2 months! MTN can't even help me other than to escalate it to this outsourced company! I have never experienced such disregard! I have no faith in this company what so ever, typical sales, get your money and move on!
I have been through the ringer as far as my health is concerned and I am so grateful to have such a caring Neurologist. My first Neurologist was a bust. Dr. Djan is on the polar opposite of Dr Naidoo. It doesn't matter what issues I face, she is there guiding me. Her office lady, Sondelani, is such a pleasure to speak with. I am truly grateful 🙏
I am very disappointed with the level of assistance I received from this doctor, had it not been for my high regard for my Neurologist Ii would have been a far more upset patient in-hospital. He did not communicate well and was very unhelpful as far as the future requirements of my treatment. He was vague in his explanations and unhelpful. I found him to be lacking and at the end of it, I had to resort to seeing a new doctor and undergo further testing just so that I could have a clearer understanding of what the problem was and most importantly, what the way forward is. I would unfortunately not recommend this doctor. And to be clear, it is not that tests were not conducted, but rather that the communication was lacking and made it so that he feigned interest and is the total opposite of my experience thus far. Had he just taken the time and interest to sit down and explain all to me in a way I could understand, I am sure the experience could have been different.
Dr Naidoo is a very compassionate person who is supportive and does all she can to help give me a better and happier quality of life. Thank you doctor for everything you have done for me.
Best Neurologist 👌 She treats me with such compassion and understanding, doing everything to find the core of every symptom. I am very great for her.
The surgery went well. Minimal pain and I am happy with the results thus far. Thank you to Dr Bhaga and the team that attended to me during the surgery and for your swift responses to all my questions post surgery
Overall experience in 12 months has been less than desirable. Unreliable and lacks communication skills. He comes to the wards at ridiculous times like between 12 and 3am in the mornings. Now that Ive moved to another neuro I realise just how bad he really is. To anyone who reads this, DO NOT go to this neurologist, he will only add to your emotional rollercoaster due to your condition and will leave you feeling uncertain and not to mention how his mannerisms makes you feel like you are in a government hospital... on that note I found out that he in fact IS STILL busy woth his residency at a government hospital.... so there we go...
Is this where "you're first"? I think not. When the security guard is put in charge of incoming clients and make you stand at the entrance of the door to wait for the "consierge". Waiting forever just to pick up a card! Atleast offer your clients a seat, it's not even busy! Not impressed with the "government" vibes at this branch!
I am very disappointed in the quality of the food I ordered. My order was through Uber eats however I cannot review on their app and am using hellopeter as the platform instead. I requested utensils i.e. disposable chopsticks (as is customary with Asian food) and never received them to eat my sushi, which tasted like store bought unauthentic sushi, was not nice. My Chow Mein was dry and flavorless, a true let down. I find this incredibly disappointing and I've paid R113 which has been a complete waste of my money. I love Asian food, I eat it often - I usually eat from "Asia Yummy" who made me fall in love with Asian food in the first place.
I am appalled by the service as an existing client. Ticket (query) logged on Sunday the 21st February 2022 - incoming line broken requiring urgent assistance as I work from home. The play on the box where the fiber line connects inside the house is as a result of poor installation. Was told by Vox rep that we must wait 72 hours as that is their turn around time and there is nothing that can be done, as well as that it is not classed as an urgent matter (even though I work from home and need to be able to do so) and told that Vox has more urgent clientele than us "work from home folk" such as businesses... The 72 hours came and went and no Vox to be seen or heard from apart from the follow ups we did to Vox on a daily basis attempting to get this issue resolved asap. It is now the 28th of February, and still NO VOX.... no technician or Vox rep has been to our premise to fix the fault, not even a call. All I have heard is Vox blaming Vodacom technicians. They have not taken any responsibility of this and I still have no service or connection. I have also tried changing my number with Vox over 5 times now and my old number is still on their system. So who isn't doing their jobs... I guess only the new sales department are working because they can install same day!!!! IF YOU WANT TO CALL ME VOX, USE MY DAMN NEW NUMBER BECAUSE I WONT ANSWER THE OLD ONE!!!!!! (0609733543) I am very disappointed and have now sent a cancellation request to this company.
