Good day, I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with King Cars Bellville. I had the privilege of meeting with the branch manager, Mr. Van Zyl, who personally took the time to listen to my concerns and assist me with the matter. I truly appreciate the professional and respectful manner in which he handled our discussion. His approach was calm, solution-driven, and reassuring, which left me feeling heard and valued as a customer. While my initial experience with the purchase was disappointing, I am very happy with the way King Price has stepped in to address my query. The effort and willingness to resolve the issue speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, and it has given me renewed confidence in your brand. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Van Zyl for his support and excellent customer service. It is encouraging to see a manager who leads with integrity and takes responsibility for ensuring that customers leave with a positive impression. Thank you once again for handling my matter with such professionalism.
I purchased a VW Polo TSI Trendline from King Cars Bellville in March 2022 and, unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. A year later, when I took the car to VW Parow for a check-up, I was shocked to learn that the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident something that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The right headlight had glue on it, which is a clear sign of prior damage, and one of the engine pins was also glued. To make matters worse, I had to replace a leaking water pump, an issue that should have been caught before selling the car. The salesperson, Petrie, assisted me with the purchase, but at no point did he mention that the car had any prior damage. I strongly believe that dealerships should be transparent about a vehicle’s history so that customers can make informed decisions. I would not recommend King Cars Bellville to anyone looking for a used car unless they thoroughly inspect it with an independent mechanic first. Their lack of honesty and failure to disclose important information has been frustrating and costly for me. If you’re considering buying from them, be cautious and double-check everything!
Good day Auto and General. I am writing this email to express my deepest disappointment with your company/claim approvers. I submitted a claim back in July 2023 which was approved, however after my car was submitted for repairs at Automagic in Parow I got a call from one of the mechanics informing me that the insurance is declining to pay for my right headlight which was affected by the accident. I submitted pictures/video of the damages and even information of the person who pumped into me. How inconsistence your company is where I had to submitted documents numerous times for a claim that was submitted two months ago and approved, I very angry as I also waited for a month for my car and it still came back not fully fixed as the mechanic had to reuse a broken headlight because of your company refusing to pay for my claim. I paid 7950 access fee and bare in mind this is my first claim ever but no you guys didn't pay for my claim. All i was told by the agent is that the headlight was not affected by the accident and all that was accessed from a picture without even sending a qualified person to go physically have a look at the light. I thought Automagic is your trusted repair company and trusted their people. But it should be that there is no communication and trust yet you inform your customers to send their cars for repair there. I will spread my word about my experience with you guys. Very uppest
What the **** is happening with vodacom?!!! It’s been two days with out network in Bellville and we use the wifi for work purposes. Now I have to buy data for what good reason. You guys are ****ing me up. 😡
I am just trying to get a tracker for my car. Agents are just passing me around, spoke to 5 agents who tells me they will place me on-hold while they try and assist me. Than i am transferred to another agent where i have to explain why i called again and again. No man deal with your agents, QA your calls. Your agents are avoiding calls. And there i thought this is the best car tracker service in SA
AGENT INFORMED THAT THE ROUTER WILL CONNECT IN MY AREA. THE ROUTER ARRIVES AND DOES NOT WORK. CALLED THEM TO COMPLAIN AND CANCEL THE DEAL, TILL THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT COLLECTED THEIR ROUTER NOR REFUNDED ME. ALL THE AGENTS SAY IT IS ESCALATED AND AWAITING FEEDBACK. THEY ALL FULL OF ****.
