Foneyam contract are a **** Why do claims takes so long while we have to pay for those phones, it's been 30 days, I emailed everything and payed my subscription but to date there's no response. I hoped I'd take another phone but I can't pay for such inconvenience.

Had a bad experience today at Newtown junxion postnet. I went to PostNet to take 5hrs E-hailing/ last mile logistic, fingerprints I made payment at 9:53 and was instructed to wait for results within 5hrs and was given a number to send a WhatsApp message to, if it happens I don't get results on expected time. I sent an Enquiry WhatsApp message at 15:20pm and got no response, sent it again around 16:15 only to get response with results at 16:21, I travelled from Orange Farm to Wynburg Sandton for Nothing, now I have to cancel or postpone my commitments for tomorrow to do what I was supposed to do today. All they can do is to send an apology WhatsApp message stating that Uhuru is the one that deals with fingerprints yet they sent fingerprints results a few minutes after I told them I'm left with no choice but to review PostNet on helloPeter. The inconvenience cost me both money and time, I was supposed to be in a taxi to KZN now but I'll have to travel back to JHB and Sandton from Orange Farm again tomorrow. It's unfortunate, I didn't receive the service I paid for on time. And I have to lose my money and time because of poor service offered by PostNet. See me walking through PostNet door kill me.

I've been stopped by one of your field Agents in vandebjilpark they insisted I give them my details and promised clientele won't deduct as yet but I was suppose to receive a phone call after clientele office employees checked if I qualify for the policy.
