I bought a car from them in march this year 2023, the sales person Fernando was helping me I was told the bmw is in good condition, it was a cash deal in 6 months of driving the car ooops the car just stopped, gearbox I called them to find out what are we doing in situations like this unfortunately there is nothing they can help me with, people beware of this dealer they only care in making cash their cars are good at all, I won’t recommend them to anyone I regret the day I set my foot there😭💔
I had a contract with Telkom after a year I went to the shop ask what and how much to pay to close the contract. the guy by Telkom greenstone mall gave me a settlement amount I went to game store to pay, and went back to the store with the proof of payment then the closed my contract and convert my number to prepaid, after few months I’ve received a call from Telkom saying I’m owing them, I’ve ask them to explain the money to me they failed to give me an answer,secondly I received a call from other one from call centre she asked me to send a proof of pay I did and promised to come back to me even now I’m waiting, I also received a call from the company Telkom is using to collect their money I’ve asked the guy the reason why I’m handed over to them no answer🤔today 25 April 2023 I’ve received an email from that company for veri cret collection giving me bank account to pay,I went again to Telkom greenstone for them to check their system and give me answers ,they connected me with customer service over my phone then I’ve verified my details then the lady said I must hold, I’ve asked her if it cuts off please phone me back she said no we don’t call out I must recall and restart with another person she didn’t even bother to check for me what’s happening she put my call on the customer Service rate, that’s what happened, I’m not happy about Telkom can someone from Telkom call me with full info on my account and reasons for taking me to collectors,and also the recordings of all my calls as they say the keep them. I won’t recommend Telkom to anyone they are ****ming us I’m expecting their call within 24 hours 0734600805

Hi I have a car track with them the panic when u press it they take long to call, I call the company to cancel my contract Phumelele Khumalo did not even bother to keep me as client to convince me on their service, she just emailed me a cancelation form I did fill in and send back to her, no response from her to say I've received your form, when I call to check what the way forward with my cancelation she's forever busy on the other call till today🙄🤔I tested my panic batton to see if it's disconnected no it's working, please fedelity call me and cancel that contract don't even debit my money this month end course I will fight u big time, 0734600805 I expect a call so I can use other services
I bought my hisense mirror fridge at game store in greenstone mall, the fridge is working perfect but the plastic drawers in the fridge are breaking easily its not even a year using my fridge, I will like hisense let me know where n how I'm going to fix this drawers, it's very embarrassing to open a fridge with broken drawers
On the 26-08-21 I bought a lump for kids room by decofun modderfointein when I reach home the bulb for that lump was unusual, the next day I went to shops around greenstone mall to buy a bulb no luck, I went back to decofun explained my situation they told me they don't returns pumps, I told them there is no terms on your receipt to say that, I really like the lump, I've asked them to arrange the bulb for me then I can buy from them they refused, the manager jabulani said I will do a refund on your card but we gonna take a certain percentage on your money, I asked how much he told me R70 from the R169.99 paid i said that's a reep off I don't agree they said its a policy, the policy that is not on the receipt?? for me not to loose my money I forced to add n buy s wall deco that I did not need by the time. I won't shop from them in future I'm very disappointed and won't refer friends n family to them
My contract with them has ended on the 19 July, i called the customer service to put a notice a month before I spoke to lindokuhle she's said my contract is closed, today when I call they told me the last payment is on 1 sept how is that, melissa the supervisor she completely failed to give me valid reasons on my contract, I will never ever take contract with vodacom even my family won't advice them to use Vodacom, I requested the voice records they tell me to go to vodacom store they failed me big time, I have all the dates I called n the people I spoke to them, poooooooore customer service
