Useless useless,I regret choosing it instead of buffalo courier,since i have requested collection for the refund on the 25 February still nothing and i have called and send several messages but nothing,,no explanation nothing,how I regret
The worst experience insurance company i have ever had ever seen ,my son had policies this provider he passed on last year august,i went to assupol to claim will all documents required when i get there i was advised to open estate late account i went bsck with proof of account i was then send back saying i should bring leter of authority i did explain to them that im from court and i was advised that they cannot issue me letter of authority since my son don't have estate but then they insist that I should bring the letter so now im wondering that since theres no letter of authority it means my sons money his been paying sooo many ****en year is forfeited,
I hate this insurer with all my heart ,i will never recommend any1 to open an account with this so called oldmutual ,ever since my son passed on is just a nightmare,My son had insured his daughter and since im a guardian i went to their offices last year with all documents needed everything went well and the child money was paid into her account since i was advised to open minor account so that they use it to pay ,the money got paid into the account but to my surprise when i was about to withdraw the money to buy her school staff the account was blocked then i immediately when back to the branch and i was told that due to fica so i must submit proof of res,i did submit it as i was told but it the money not coming out then i was told by consultant that we need to re set the pin to withdraw they did re-set still nothing there for i was told that i must bring letter of guardianship i then when to court this year i went to submit the guardianship then again i was told that we cannot have an acces to funds,its seems no1 is willing to to help me and im a pensioner im also spending money to run around for nothing,im soo frustrated and dont know what to do,the child has needs but she cant have access to the money her father left for her
I'm soooo ****ed with menyln standbank i went there as a pensioner to change debit order date for for my funeral policy,gues what today i received sms that they have debited imagine if i didn't have enough funds in my account, what ****ed me of the most is that i waited for hours at the branch for consultant to attend me and they even called me to verify change of payment date,im even considering to cancel it ,Very disapointed
Customer service sucks and will not recommend to any1 .i app**** for cash back was told it was successful i must wait for funds them today when i called 3times the consultants advised theres nothing processed i must hold for assistance after holding for long they always hang up.i needed cash ASAP
Guys please please don't buy anything from Samsung or or else you will regret it,i bought Samsung j4 on the 25march 2020 i have been having issues ever since i bought it so i told them i no longer want that phone either they refund or give me new 1,the lady Kgolofelo told me they have replace with the new 1 and its on the way,since i have been waiting for the phone not reaching me i decided to call she told me it has been couriered is been 2months waiting now nothing when i call they keep dropping my phones then i went to hello peter page to write my review only to find out that i have been blocked to write my review so i then created new email so that i can be able to review.please guys don't buy unless you want to flash your money in a toilet.
