i bought a bag worth R2500 the bag was not well stitched towards the zip, i logged a complaint they picked the bag and fix it. Now my problem is the stich it untidy the bag looks old due to unproper stich now i want a refund. I am being told long stories. Please assist i just need them to take their bag and give me my money.
I bought a cheese on the 08 February 2025 the product was on special tomorrow morning on the 09th the cheese was surrounded by moulids. I made a call they say i can return the cheese but my problem is i don't have any plans to town soon unless they refund for transport cause its their fault. I think the cheese has long stayed in their refrigerator i guess that's one reason why was it on special.
I placed an order on the 12 February 2025 for wide leg pleated mini pockets pants navy in colour and size 8 from Foschini online. The normal price was R559 and it was on special i bought it for R299 the trouser is available in three colours but only navy was on special, I received my order on the 14 February ,but i was not happy with the trouser because was used and returned back to the store.it has ***** in between the legs and was stinking.i logged a call with a request to exchange the trouser even though it can be a different colour but same trouser hence the navy one was out of stock. However they refused instead they gave me R100 voucher with lots of terms and condition and also a short period to use it before it expires hence they mentioned they dont want to loose cause i cant change to a different colour however they accept the service they gave me was bad. and they forced me for a refund.i dont want a refund i want the trouser. How could they accept someone to return a trouser in such condition and be sold again to someone else?however the trouser was still tagged.
On the 17 August 2024 I placed an order for two T-shirts each worth 180 and delivery was R150 which makes a total of R500 then it came to my surprise that it debited R650.46 they told me extra money its bank charges and when I checked on my bank app it was debited from aqapay*slopvsl not galaxy boy and the order number does not exist at galaxy boy and cant be trackable. may you please assist to reverse my money back.my name is Maggie Ramatsimele Maesela email:rm.maesela@yahoo.com cell: 0605258355
I placed my order with SHEIN on the 16 April 2021oder no: GSHMG800Y000QJG,i have never recieved my oder and when trying to make follow up with them to track my order,they told me due to the reason they failed to deliver my money was refunded the same way i paid to them on the 01 june 2021,i went through my statement but the money was not refunded .I visited capitec to confirm if the money was paid back only to find it was not refunded and now SHEIN does not respond to me anymore my capitec ref is as follows: 83781355.till today my matter has not been resolved nor refunded.kindly assist its already for months now.
kindly note there was an international online purchased that was made from my account to Apple.com iTunes on the 28 July 2021,the amount is R2090.00 which I don't understand how because my daily limit are set to 00.00 and secondly according to my understanding online purchase need to be confirmed on the app and currently I'm not using a smart phone. I visited Capitec in Bloed mall to Get answers, I was assisted by Debby but she failed to provide answers to me later on she called the manager (Tumelo) she also failed to answer my question that how did the process goes through while I don't own an apple phone, my daily limit for online purchase its 00 and lastly I didn't confirm the purchase. I also ask them should i believe that my money is safe with Capitec while such things happen. I spend 3 hours in the branch but my matter was not resolved when I left.
