5 days no electricity Florida Glen , Gordon Road, Roodepoort No Electricity for Over 24 Hours – No Feedback from Eskom received from Eskom.( Florida Glen Gordon Road, Roodepoort) We have been without electricity since friday 8 May 2026 and the issue remains unresolved with no clear communication or feedback. Despite reporting the fault, there has been no update on the cause of the outage or the estimated time of restoration. This situation is causing serious inconvenience, including food spoilage and safety concerns. It is unacceptable for customers to be left without electricity for this long without proper communication or urgency. I request immediate intervention and a clear update on: * The cause of the outage * Estimated time of restoration * What actions are being taken to resolve the issue I expect Eskom to treat this matter as urgent and provide feedback as soon as possible.

Loam account is paid but still getting an debit order, Pathetic Service ever...How on earth can you debit my account why I've paid your account and loan account is closed...Standard bank is the worse bank ever..I mean we wanted to change the debit order dates for our funeral cover they advised that they are going to get back to us soon nevertheless they only got back to us after like 2 months.Please call me and get this resolved before 8 need to go and buy food and pay bills. Never come to such an inconvenience,patentic service before..my dad isn't well ..He took hi time went to Uif Alberton to sign ..GUESS WHAT???????????Nothing was captured on the system..when I check for him online nothing is updated for the 27 the of June. Meaning that he wasted his time to go and sign because of one uif employee who didn't do his or her job. I mean my dad is declared disabilited he cant be running around like head less chicken because of employee who failed to do his /her job. So are they treated like this because they are not employed??they are not getting salary like uif employees ??are they happy seeing people dying because of hunger???
I am not happy with Superbalist delivery system and customer care service. they advised thad delivery take 3-5 working days but all of the blue moon my order is cancelled. I went the pick point at new market the manager advise that he will contact them today and get back to me to find out that manager is off .. so he lied to me ... I went on twitter to complaint no one is responding to me. I went on facebook they are telling me that they cant help my order is cancelled. I know that the order is cancelled all im asking is from to you is to secure my order . Can some please call me with regards to this matter , I sent emails and spent hours on the line no luck so now my order is cancel and you only get back to me after 72hrs what service is that... I could not get hold of some change the address because of this 72hrs and you guys dont have call centre . Can someone call me today. You guys are full of NONSENSE and this is totally unacceptable. I have no connection since the 29th of July 2021. I called for the first time, they advised that they will call me back, I did not receive a call back .Why? Second time, same story!!! Third time, same story - they will get back to me !!! I spoke to Malirizine she advised that it will be sorted but nothing happened I had to make follow-ups by myself with Gigago as to get an understanding when are they going to fix my fibre ??? I can simply say, some of you are getting payed for nothing!!! Or maybe your pockets are full in such a way that my money is worth nothing to you. You are surely incompetent and don’t know how to get things done!!! I’m not sure if I have to point this to your senior managers or all employees - you need training based on customer satisfactory and integrity. You guys have to pull up your socks. People who would do better jobs are losing their jobs but some of you are playing here. Especially to you managers, I know some of the call center employees who are even payed less, this might be out of their hand and whenever they escalate to the “so called managers” they take things lightly!!! To you all managers, do your work as expected. I’m tired of yelling to the call center agents… actually you are the ones who were supposed to take this calls just for a day and perhaps you were going to take escalations and queries seriously. You need to pull up your socks or go home and babysit your family and let people who are jobless and having hunger to work take your positions!! If you are unable or cannot assist me, please feel free to contact me and arrange for my refund!!! Nothing is happening and I have been following up since Monday with you but you are not helping me with anything… what I hear all the time is “sorry about that, we really understand your frustration, we will escalate with gigago …” People, for how long? I’m really sick and tired of this. I’m a person who has patience but I can’t wait anymore for almost a month now waiting without winning! Please be advised, if you are unable to assist by tomorrow. Please do refund me and I will try subscribe with another ISP, will not bother you anymore! I gave you a benefit of a doubt even though I saw bad reviews about your service but now I regret due to my ignorance!!! Please advise ASAP the way forward rather than telling me stories I don’t want to hear!! All I need is fibre!! STOP WAISTING MY TIME!!!
