I've dealt with a lady by the name of losh from Dormehl Property Group in the Hillcrest branch and she is a ***** she came to my wife to do her hair a few months back and said she will pay end of that month now she doesnt take our calls or respond to the messages, if you have money to go out and fill fuel in your car you should have money to pay the people you owe how can someone be so disgusting and make someone else to buy your hair colour and make them fit the bill, imagine how much money she must be *****ing from the Dormehl Property Group Hillcrest branch, please look into that im sure she is *****ing.
The unlimited group are a bunch of theives, my scratch and dent policy was canceled due to my car being sold and 1 of the call centre agents assured me that my account will not be Debited any further and the next day they debit my account when I spoke to Amanda she said there is nothing they can do to refund me because the debit already went out and unfortunately I won't be refunded but I have proof to say it was canceled and a call recording
I went to McDonald's Malvern drive thru on the 9th August 2024 around 14:22 and ordered 2 Chilli cheese nazo meals when I collected my order I went to work and at break time I opened the burger wrapping then took a bite and noticed it didn't have a burger patty inside, I then emailed them telling them of what they did wrong on the 10th August 2024 they called me with an apology and a burger patty I mean what the f must I do with the patty only
I placed an online order on the 18th of July 2024 for a wifi router and uncapped sim for R269 a month on a month to month contract I then received the package on the 25th July 2024, upon delivery I RICA the sim and await for 24hours to activate the next day I call MTN with a query that my card isn't activated and they said the contract is showing on delivery and isn't activated yet and I must wait 2 to 3 working days so I wait for Monday to confirm and they advised that I must contact sales and not activation department so I did that and I spoke to sales they said not sure why I was asked to contact sales because your card needs activation so I called activations back they said there is nothing they can do I must wait 2 to 3 working days, by now I'm ****ed of because I paid a prorated amount and I still have no use of my wifi, when I asked customer care they said my prorated will only start once my simcard is activated and up until today the 31st July 2024 I'm still waiting for my wifi to be connected. You guys don't deserve a star at all, your employees are dumb and stupid, most of them seem very uneducated by the way they speak on the phone
The agent was kind and very helpful in my switch over
The service was excellent and response was quick with regards to my claim, the agents was so friendly and very helpful
