Christel was the person Jandri handed me over to 2 years ago after Jandri blocked me on WhatsApp. There is always a story about how someone has done her down and ****** money from her. Christel was then accused of *****ing from her and Jandri then took my case back to deal with. There are countless excuses about her having to deal with personal issues or no way to charge her phone or the UIF system being down etc etc Christel has now blocked me on whatsapp. Jandri created a whatsapp group for all her clients and then claimed that one of her clients created the group. This cannot be true as voice notes with her voice are on the group along with her countless excuses. 2 Years later and no feedback or payout. Her last seen shows her active on whatsapp a week ago and she hasn't read my messages nor does she answer the phone. This is a ****, messing with peoples lives & finances in a major way. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
ARGUABLY THE WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. WAITER IS USESLESS AND HAS NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT IS ON THE MENU HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS OR ISNT AVAILABLE. YOU GET 2 DIFFERENT MENUS ONE OLD AND ONE NEW. WE TRIED TO ORDER A GREEK SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND WERE TOLD ITS OK THEN TOLD NO ITS NOT. I'M INFURIATED BEYOND BELIEF. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED. Also no salt and pepper or other condiments on the table. The waiter made the excuse that the kitchen doesn't communicate with the waiters. I would rather not eat than atrempt to eat at this so called restaurant. Its disgusting.
If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. My parents didnt' have internet for 2 days and I tried to contact them via Facebook - they take forever to respond and then despite asking them to contact my dad directly, they kept asking me questions that only my dad could answer. They said that they would call him today, and never did. My brother ended up helping them seen as webafrica couldnt be bothered. They are quick to take peoples money for subscriptions and not provide any service. They are beyond useless.
My parents took myself, my husband and my cousin visiting from abroad to Pica Pau magalies park. Firstly you have to pay a deposit, depending on how many people are going for lunch prior to going to the restaurant, of R100 a person. We waited for Chris to take our order and to bring us some wine glasses, water and water glasses. The wine glasses were dirty and he seemed surprised when we asked for glasses for our water. He never once asked if everything was ok and if anyone wanted anything else. The restaurant was not full yet he said the chef then chefs were busy, so we waited over an hour with no food. I asked if the chefs had gone on vacation and he said no. I said your service is sh*t and he was surprised. I said the wine glasses were dirty, we had to ask for water glasses and have been waiting over an hour for our food. I asked if we could get some bread in compensation while we wait and he laughed and said no. My cousins salad had raw fatty bacon, unlike the menu description for crispy bacon. My husbands veggies and pork belly were undercooked. My mothers lasagne was tasteless and horrible and my calamri was undercooked. The menus were dirty as well. The manageress said did my cousin ask for crispy bacon, thus ignoring the menus description and blaming the disgusting meal on him. My husband received more veggies that were also of poor quality. My husband and I were ill when we came home and are still feeling the effects of the disgusting meal. For over a thousand spent it was a waste of time and money. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT EVER!!!!
My husband and I went to the Bedfordview branch of John dorys last night. Bongi the waitress put a bottle of water down on the outside table which has uneven sections. She knocked a bottle of red wine over onto myself and my husband- she didnt apologise or offer to get some soda water and serviettes- we had to ask! She took about 20 minutes to bring us ready made sushi! I have washed my husbands shirt several times and there is still a mark on it. My dress has splatter marks still on it after being washed and his jeans are marked as well. Mellors the manager did nothing to compensate us for our ruined clothing. One piece of sushi had a crunch too it like something hard was in it. The hake nuggets were like rubber! They made us a new batch which were slightly better but tasteless. The waitress disappeared for most of the evening not asking if we needed anything. The manager said he would talk to his boss about compensating us for our clothing but never said another word. Slow, pathetic service, questionable, tasteless food and to top it off ruined clothing! Thanks for nothing John Dorys.
Andre doesn't have a clue what he's doing and says he has to Google how to fix something. He never communicates or tells you whats going on. He says he has a new part which he doesn't take out of a box so who knows if its even new! He promises to come by and doesn't show up - you as the client have to constantly follow up often to be ignored by him. He arrives late and says that you have caused him to be stressed because you want your appliance fixed. He shows up without the tools he needs and asks you for tools. The problem is never fixed and in fact he makes it worse. You also have to ask him to sanitize and wear a mask. On one arrival he didnt have a mask on and proceeded to cough continuously. He is the most unreliable, useless technician ever. He charges high amounts for doing no work and brings his offspring with him on appointments.
I received an email from Jackie Wijtenburg (practice manager, after a complaint made on Facebook) informing me that she was sorry to hear about my horrible experience at morningside clinic. She mentioned that Doctor Schur would call me about this. Dr Schur called my husband and made one excuse after the other about how Dr Djarba who was supposed to have provided proper treatment, examined me properly and given a damn to make sure I was ok was not doing his job because he was in a rush to get to another place of work. The nurses didnt receive an excuse for their lack of help so I guess thats fine with her. She felt that this phone call and a potential email of the same nature would make up for the horrible way I was treated. I replied to Jackies email referencing Dr Schur and received no reply. The lack of treatment was so shocking - waiting when I was in agony and then having to deal with careless nurses who didn't even bother telling me what meds i was to be given. They had to be called by my husband to say I was still in pain. They were nonchalant and unprofessional and they just said the doctor will come just now. When he eventually did i was in tears and he didnt have a toss. He never examined me properly and i had to ask if my throat was very inflamed i had ro ask for a script with antibiotics. He disappeared and let the nurse give me a drip leaving a massive bruise - see attached. He didnt tell me what he had prescribed and then said he had to leave. He didnt care if i was ok. Told him i was still in pain and he just left. My husband bought me something to eat at the clinic cafe so i could take the antibiotic and i immediately threw up. The lack of treatment and help from staff and a so called doctor who didnt give a damn is disgusting. He didnt hand over to another doctor to help nor did he diagnose me. Couldn't afford a blood test for a painful throat, so the nurse said because I refused they couldn't help me further. A phone call from yourselves doesn't help with R1,700 spent on a consultation and almost R600 on meds that didnt work. We deserve a refund. My husband will expect a call from you. P.s. when my husband originally called to complain the phone was put down by the receptionist.
From the poorly printed menus to the unknowledgable waiters to the last weeks pancetta, this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The food is mediocre at best and served luke warm. Below average service- rather make toast at home you'll have a better experience. Uterly ghastly Italian unflair at its finest.
Quick feedback when texting the whats app number - they sent useful links to exactly what I was looking for. I paid and instantly received a notification that this was received. They constantly kept me up to date and the ring I ordered was delivered today - fits my fiance like a glove - exact size and exactly as advertised. Very impressed!
