I bought the phone at ackermans in December then in March the phone was not charging, I took the phone back to them and they told me to leave it they will be sending it to repairs , I never received any communication after that 3 weeks later I got an sms with the reference number saying I need to make a payment and I did not know what Iam paying for. Then I received a call from Samsung saying I must check the quotation and I have never received any quotation they asked my email address. To my surprise the quotation was R5000 when I called the number and if I cant pay that 5000 I must pay R300 for courier fees and I was never told anything about that at ackermans they never explained anything they told me I will receive a call when the phone is ready that was it
Im so upset I went to BP garage in Goodwood Capetown for fuel and I asked the attendant to also check water for me and he appeared he did not close the lid and when I was on my way my car overheated and could not start I reported the issue to the garage they asked me to bring the car they checked their footage they checked their receipts as well they confirmed that indeed the can see the attendant opening the car but can not really see if closed it now my issue is them asking me to pay for the parts and engineering and them they will cover only the labour they are telling me they haven’t checked the car yet but they want me to agree to pay for parts and engineering …. Wheres the accountability in this? They have the evidence but still I must pay for theirs carelessness … I had no issue with my car at all now they want to shift the blame to me, I have spent money already for towing my car and getting school drivers as well since I don’t have a car
Im so upset and disappointed with this BP garage Goodwood on the 16th around 10am I went there for fuel and I asked the attendant to check water as well and he did little did I know that the guy did not close the radiator and while I was driving I noticed the smoke and stopped immediately and we checked only to find out the lid is open and the water is all over I went to the garage to report they checked the receipt and footage and confirmed that they can see the attendant opening but not sure if he closed they asked me to leave the car with them and I did now they are telling me to pay for parts that the mechanic will need them they will cover the labour… I have lost money already by towing the car, my business is on stand by I paid for someone to transport my child to school as well…. Why should I pay the part while its not my fault? Can someone please assist me on this case.
I have submitted my on the 30th as well as police report that was requested but I haven't received my claim I'm the one who does follow up with FNB claims they have been saying my claim is under review...funeral arrangements needs to be made I'm stuck

I went to woolworths in Claremont Capetown to return my kids shoes which are small I didn’t have a receipt but the tags were there the manager was very rude he said I cant exchange and the worse part the other lady was willing to help
