Worst customer service They really don't care and pass the blame over they pass remarks to help but once they become your provider they do not help beware number on the site doesn't even exist thats how mich they care about their clients ... As we speak we don't have water with out warning they ask us to escalatewith our complex management as they can't do anything pathetic!!!!
I had escaled a deduction that was on my account and not supposed to occur on the 12 of October everytime I call for my refund im told that it will be processed and I will be contacted I was polite and civil but that never seems to be the answer we have to beg and jump through hoops for decent customer service I spoke to a supervisor who provided me with his work number and assured me he will get back to me to no surprise no one called me back what does it take for your team to be transparent and honest with people instead of beating around the bush a month later and I have been calling and im still waiting for my query to be completed please assist!!!! I received only automated emails saying I will be contacted invite in 48 hours its long passed 48 hours and 20 days later!
Discovery consistently blames "system issues " for poor customer service i was deducted on tge wrong debit day twice when calling in I an told it is a system issue, a refund will take 2days in which tge actual debit order is set so I ask Discovery what is the point how are you taking accountability and what are you doing to compensate your clients it cannot be a mistake each month. When calling in im told its others that experience this as well but they are not financially impacted !
I am still paying for a device that has been completed also your customer service and member experience is pathetic I've asked to be called back/followed up with your representatives never help I have spoken to media influences and we choose to disregard the brand through social media as well as other media platforms at the end of the day the service is not free you have competitors that will assist in the same line. I have a fraud diapute layed which is pending vodacom people are only after deals and don't give a **** about service #VODACOMDoBetterAsAProvider
Worst service ever I have been running around with hi cell I took out a vodacim contract only to find out the franchise is opened by hicell I have emailed almost everyone and at this point. I have called in and have been told some will contact me or please can I email this person I would not recommend them to anyone also becareful what you are told by the representatives you informed one thing but not honored on your agreement TCF
Worst service ever on numerous occasions vodacom has no sense of urgency as well as customer decency i have complained and yet it goes to deaf ears I requested many call backs only to be cut off when finally getting through to the voice prompt s be aware of the contracts you apply or the questions you do not ask as this may also be a problem inncorrect debits occur other netqork providers are more efficient in terms of service.
Pathetic service I have been with vodacom for over 2 years I have the red unlimited plan I was calling to downgrade my contract the agent told me the incorrect amounts processed a cancelation and deducted me 3times more than what was told I was deducted ober 11000 when calling in for a supervisor I was told hold on and continued to be transferred eventually I was called and told I will be contacted 2 weeks later nothing easy to deduct never available to help i have told everyone I know about the service and will be posting it on social media i understand service is both ways but at least provide me with a service they have not even acknowledged my complaint.
