This app is a complete rip-off. They trap you into spending R350 on “hyper delivery,” but there’s hardly anything to buy except ridiculously overpriced junk. Then, if you try their so-called 60-minute delivery, you’re forced to pay yet another delivery fee and spend at least R150. So in the end, you’re stuck paying for two separate orders with two separate fees, plus insane minimums that make no sense. It’s greedy, misleading, and feels like a **** designed to squeeze money out of people. Absolute trash app — don’t waste your time or your money.

This company does the extended warranty for Makro. There is no communication, management goes under firstname basis eg. Kis****, nimmy and Margaret etc. Numerous calls leads to no response. Your call won't even get answered. Promises to call you back are in vain. There's no communication between technician and management. My washing machine was picked up 3 weeks ago, returned on the 15th but it was still broken. Technician promised to come on the 16th to pick up and bring loan machine. Never happened. Showed up on the 20th with a loan machine which was broken. Came back 21st to confirm machine was broken. Came back on the 22nd to pick up broken machine and to bring another loan machine. When Technician tested the 2nd loan machine it was also broken. During all this time there has been no communication with management. The receptionist "Margaret" won't even take my call. Have to use another number to get through. Eventually get a call from "Kis****" who doesn't know what is going on and he is apparently the owner of the company. Promises to get "Nimmy" to call me in 20 minutes. Service is absolutely disgusting. I personally will not take an extended warranty if this company does service repair. If Makro only deals with them I will not be dealing with Makro again.
I recently place an order with Simply Asia. I ordered chicken in peanut sauce, 3 minced chicken and prawn steamed dumpling and 2 chicken filled buns. I think the peanut sauce could be less rich but other than that genuinely enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend others trying put their food if their looking for genuine Chinese food that is halaal.
I placed an order at north Beach Debonairs at 19:08. It was 20:20 when I phoned the store to enquire about my order and the lady that I spoke to told me she'd call me back regarding my order. At 20:33 she called back and informed me that they did not receive my order and will only be delivering. When I placed the order I received the confirmation message to say that my order was received. This kind of thing is ridiculous and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from debonairs again. This is not the first time this has happened. I expect a response to this message.
