Useless app and waste of time buying anything from them. I bought a online only product long before it went out of stock and it was still canceled several days after purchase for being out of stock. What's the point of buying from you if I'll never get the products I need.
I would put the rating higher; however, you claim that the gluten free oats are gluten free but my mom who is gluten intolerant keeps having an issue with the gluten free oats. She's tried contacting Komati Foods in regard to this, but she has received no reply. If the oats are not gluten free, then please do not sell them as such.
Still waiting for my package. In transit for 11 days, no updates, no one answers the contact details. They might as well not exist. Not sure how you're supposed to get customers if you don't even answer them.
Honestly I'm so tired of takealots sh#t. They refund you when they feel like it. Open or used doesn't actually matter because they'll refund you for a airfryer but refuse a stand mixer. Even if the item doesn't work as described and is actually wasting your money. They're a **** and I'll no longer be using them.
Still waiting for a call back about our claim for our dog. I highly recommend not using Outsurance for your pet.
Delivery and presentation is all 5 stars but if a product becomes out of stock and I didn't want a replacement I never see the money back. They say it does reflect back in your bank account but I've yet to see any money back. I'm not sure who's pocketing the money for themselves in that regard but I'm starting to get fed up with this.
Everything's been great until now. My current package has been delayed 5-7 days which is fine but it's now the 9th day and I've seen no movement. The package seems to be stuck in joburg for the past 13 days now and the regional manager doesn't seem to answer his emails.
