Worst call centre for customer service. I purchased online with a promise from them that the delivery takes 1-2 working days. I’m now on day and haven’t received my order. That order contained things that I needed urgently. When I called the call centre the coloured ladies working there were so rude. I’ll never buy from clicks ever again. The monthly budget goes towards my toiletries will never go to clicks anymore. I’m waiting for that as soon as it gets here I’m taking it to the store I want my full refund. I won’t be using any of the staff
Afhco Property Management the worst ever. I regret ever staying here. please people don't ever consider this hell of a place. Today as I write this, pest control services was scheduled as per norm. I was in the house, with my door locked because I really don't feel safe when I'm home alone. As I was preparing to bath the pest control together with the security guard came knocking on the door. I didn't open the door as I knew I always spray my house with doom so I didn't see the need to open for them. To my surprise I hear that someone is trying to open the door with a key. He tried a several time with no luck because my key was on the door. I then went to the door to see what was happening. Upon my arrival there I opened and found the security attempting to open with a master key. I asked him what was happening? His response was that he was told wherever they knock and no one is opening they should use the master key. I'm still in shock even now and shaking. what if they found me naked? How do we know that whenever they see us going out on the camera they come in our spaces? I'm a woman, what if those people ****d me? We have valuables in the house, my son's laptop, his phone, and my laptop. what if I was not there and came back home and found they are missing? I asking myself how many times did they open without us noticing. I'm very angry as I am writing this. To put cherry on top, when I confronted the security he was rude and chatting back telling me he's following orders and there's nothing I can do about that. The building manager is a very rude and arrogant person. He is very disrespectful and treats us like we are at his mercy. When you complain their customer service will open a case then later send you an email that your case has been closed without the matter being resolved. I thank God that our house is nearly finished. We will be moving out of this hell whole in no time.
Bad customer service. It has the worst customer service ever when it comes to collection of parcel/ packages. The lady who was helping me was very rude, gave 5 old full files. Told me to look for my tracking number on all those files. The manager was not helpful as well because he saw nothing wrong with what that lady did. According to them that’s how things I done. When you come to collect your package, you look for the tracking number yourself.
I visited OBC meat and chicken in Pretoria Northpark Mall. I got the shock of life with cashiers who charge people for things that they didn't buy. The cashier bought something with my card and thought that I will see that she ran something as well that she didn't give to me. when I complained the cashier was very rude. The manager came who was also rude and told me how busy they are. I'll have to wait before my issue can be resolved. I'll never visit that shop ever again and my friends and family would not go there as well. Be careful when you visit that shop especially when your method of payment is card.
Spark Theresapark is worst. I cannot wait to take my son out of that school. The principal is very biased. My son has been bullied in that school since grade 4 and he is now in grade 6. I reported the incident, the principal said she will arrange for us to meet till today I am still waiting and it happened twice. Now that my son decided to toughen up and hit back when he is being bullied the teacher called me and told me with an attitude that she will giving him a bad behavioural form. What bothers me in all of this is that other people are taken seriously whereas others are not. There was once a principal by the name of Mrs Singh and her deputy which was Ms Diale since those two women left that school has turned into a circus. Spark Theresapark was one of the best during that time
I’ve receive such an exceptional service from Kia wonderboom. I was assisted by Mr Eldon Khoza and their financial manager Ms Itumeleng, for them it was not just about selling the car and concluding the deal, they build families with their clients. They were of such great help to me and friendly too. I now feel like I am part of them. If you are a KIA fan and you are in the north side of Pretoria, KIA wonderboom is the dealership to go to.
The worst service ever! Hariet and Isaac the most useless people i have ever I had deal with. They treat people as if they are doing us a favour. I thought I was just being unreasonable on them but after reading all this review on this platform. There is not even a single positive review. I will be worried if I were the owner of that business. I gave my insurance a piece of my mind for taking my car there. I will make sure that I spread the word about this business. As for my family and friends and people who are know I’ll make sure I tell them about this place. They give you a turnaround time that is not possible for them. Every time you call they are rude, arrogant and putting you through from one person to the next. I hate people who don’t respect my time.
I regret the day I fell behind with my Truworths account until they handed it over to this company called VeriCred. The bad service that I received from their Bloemfontein branch is the worst ever. Their call centre has been calling me day and night and even when I’m in the loo to pay this account. I managed to pay this account in full, now I’m in need of my clearance certificate from them, no one can assist me. I call them everyday to ask about the letter I’m being told that it has been requested. I don’t know from where. I even made further steps in contacting their client services even them they are as useless as their branches. I was put on hold till I hang up. Why are they doing this to me? Why can’t anyone assist me. I’m sick and tired of this company and their stuff. They are very arrogant and things they are all that
Spark Theresapark the worst of them all. I wanted to rate them a zero, pity it’s not there. I visited the school as my son complained to me that he was being bullied. I went to the school, humbly quested to talk to the principal. The security guard at the door went to her to tell her that there is a parent that would like to see her. She told the security guard that she is busy if I want to see her I should make an appointment. I then asked to see my son’s teacher, again I was told by the same principal that teachers are busy. If I want to see a teacher I should make an appointment. The teacher can’t leave kids unattended. So I’m asking myself if one has such a serious matter to discuss and you are being turned away because you don’t have an appointment, what do you do? Since the previous principal Ms Singh and Ms Diale left that school, it has turned into a circus. Those two women left the bar very high and I doubt anyone could fill that. The former principal was involved, when a child was not performing she would summon you to school to come discuss ways in which will help the child. We used to have meetings every now and then. With this current one I can’t even remember when last did we have a zoom meeting. Dismissals on Monday’s are always a nightmare. At times when you don’t have the collection card they give you the child through the front door and then at times the send you up and the staff has bad attitude.
Edgars wonderpark in the northern side of Pretoria the worst store I’ve ever visited with an arrogant store manager ( a light in complexion guy). I visited the store on a Sunday to purchase a cellphone for my son. I went to the cellphone counter there were to customers in front of me. The process of selling a cellphone it took 30 to 45 minutes with one customer as they have to rica the SIM card and activate the cellphone in store. I do not blame the sales consultant as that is the procedure. What I had a problem with it was the fact that only one person was working at the cellphone counter. She has to also go take out the phones. I went to the inquiry to ask for the store manager and I was showed the guy I described above. He was so arrogant to me as I was explaining that we’ve been waiting there for too long and mind you I’m pregnant by then. He just looked at me and continued to talk to his colleagues. I will never ever visit that store. I’ll go shop at Edgars Kolonnade if I need anything from that store. And I will tell my friends and family also not to shop there
