Do not take a contract with telkom. They are ********* in their business dealings and should you have a problem they will send you from pillar to post. Don't you dare take up a contract on 10213, the consultants are not efficient in taking down your information and they don't assist or rectify when they make mistakes. They don't provide a call recording upon request. They will refer you to court to access it because they know they are not ethical in practices
The most *********** when coming to telephonic contract enquiries. The consultants are useless and will leave you regretful and frustrated. took an account through 10213 in November 2023, gave my banking details and the debit never went through. Upon enquiry I was told that it bounced. They debited an account that I didn't authorize and penalized me. The consultants are useless sending me from pillar to post with no resolution. They handed me over and are not helpful. They hang up on you and never call you back
Miway seems good until you are involved in an accident. You will then see their true colours, that they do things their way. They give terrible service in your time of need. They level of urgency in handling claims is terrible. The Claims department consultants are unprofessional and the assessment team very *********** If you ever need insurance DO NOT go for Miway, they wont do things your way.
Cash Crusaders at Meyfield Mall are stealing customers goods. Kgosana paid up his loan, when he's supposed to collect his laptop they told him that the laptop is at their warehouse and that they will call him once it's ready for collection, that's since December 2022. The manager tells him they will call him but he never does. Customer has gone to the store multiple times and has not received the laptop back. The manager recently said they are looking for it, they will refund him if they can't find it What kind of service is that.... Store is being run by thieves
