I received the most terrible service yet, I telephonically placed an order with a Salome at Petros Belgravia for a Viva Meal. Whilst placing my order with her, she is speaking to her colleagues instead of assisting me. I had to repeat my order more than once (You think that's bad). Upon my arrival, I gave the cashier my name, she tells Salome and the two are speaking and laughing (I couldn't understand as it was in another language). I asked to be seated at a table instead, Salome says immediately NO and that the meal is boxed as Take Away. That's a poor excuse as we are paying customers and could have ordered more items from the menu, if we were seated. Thereafter, my husband tries finding us a seat, there is a Petros waiter (clothed in uniform) sitting in a seat, SLEEPING. My husband tells her that we would like to be seated there (my parents and nephew present), she tells him that she is on lunch. When my husband asked her for the manager, she replied his more than welcome to call and continues to sit there until the manager Patience arrives who then spoke to her. To top this off, another customer takes our seat we just disputed, Patience does absolutely nothing. We had another customer who witnessed this transpiring and offered his seat as we were leaving. Why? Was this not the manager's responsibility to immediately go over and explain the situation to the other customers? she stands there and doesn't attempt to resolve this and where do you find staff of a restaurant sleeping and not attempting to move as it's still "her lunch"? It seems the manager has no control over her staff. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. The staff is not friendly and seems like they would prefer not being employed at all. I'm really shocked at the level of service.
I don't think the Build It Ahmedia even deserves a rating of 1. We received such poor service from Management at Ahmedia in Klipfontein Road, Athlone. I have never heard of paying 15% on an faulty item sold to us and never used before. Upon disputing this with Management (Mr A as per his name badge) argues with us (the customer) about not refunding us our full payment, he calls Head Office which they informed him to pay our full refund and makes a remark to staff that arguing over a R15.00 is not even worth it. He doesn't apologize for the inconvenience or even tell us his refunding us he just simply walks off. I would not recommend there services to anyone. Mr A has poor customer service and lack of management skills.
I've received the WORSE SERVICE ever from The Bravo Group in Epping, Cape Town. Purchased two mattress yesterday and collected it today, noting its only a collection. The security at the gate gave us so much grief, we explained we only collecting hence we contacted Fabian yesterday and told him we collecting today. He told us everything was fine, we can ask for him at the security gate and bring along our proof of purchase. When we got to the gate, the security was EXTREMELY RUDE, we contacted the reception who firstly said we need to explain to them we only collecting then when we called back wanted us to listen to her first. They refuse to let us through and we had to wait along with everyone, it’s understandable that there is only one person available to assist but surely this isn’t the customers fault? We waited for about 45 minutes before going to reception and speaking to Charnelle who questioned that fact that she doesn’t recall seeing us there before after we told her we have bought numerous mattresses there, which we have? Indirectly stating we are lying. After waiting and receiving our mattresses, there is construction happening at the building, firstly our bakkie has tar and chip marks all over it after being told to drive through road where they working and secondly there are cones in the driveway, I had to get out of bakkie and remove it for us to come pass, when we got to the gate the same security is questioning us who is meant to put it back? If you see a customer approaching, isn’t it your responsibility as staff to remove that cone and place it back when the customer has passed? It seems as if NO ONE has gone for customer service training from the security to the reception staff who is the face of the company, no one apologized for any inconvenience or wanted to resolve the problem. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING THERE, yes they cheaper than the actual store but receive this type of service.

About two days ago, I deposited an immediate transfer which normally reflects immediately in my Alt-trader account. I then flagged / called the support team who up until today has not responded. I then made another transfer yesterday and still NOTHING. This is now extremely concerning and alarming which might lead to changing my trading platform.
I registered on PayCity License Renewal service and thought this would save me time and energy of standing in a long que. After I've paid the License fee and convince fee a day later, I receive another fee for penalities of R378. I've never in my life paid nearly R1000 for a license disc. This after I informed the agents that I have a 21 day grace period. No one can explain why I'm being charged penalities. They have purposely prolonged this, so that I'm forced to pay this additional cost. I've asked for a refund which now will take 5- 10 working days. Please do yourself a favour and rather stand in the que and wait your chance then be charged for something that paycity doesnt even know of.
