Harassment
I took a washing machine at Beares and couldn’t afford the instalment agreed with. I’ve asked to pay 300 as i have financial and personal issues but they wanted more than that. They’ve sent 2 ladies at my workplace during working hours and one of the ladies was shouting at me colleagues listening. They demanded that i pay them at the spot and they don’t want any negotiations or arrangements even after askeng them that we should make a debit order arrangement for month end. The lady called me again shouting and told me they’re coming to fetch their goods or will come to my workplace again. If they come again I might lose my job. Ive called the head office to make payment arrangements with the store.

Failed delivery
I’ve been waiting for my order and delivery status always says failed delivery and they have never contacted me. I tried calling them but they just say they’re contacting the driver and put me on hold till the phone drops. This is unacceptable cause I waited for their call since yesterday but nobody called me

Space for Grade 10 and 11
I'm still struggling to secure school placements for my children. Despite visiting several schools, I've been unsuccessful in finding available space. I escalated the matter to the MEC of Education, specifically contacting Phumzile Fungati who’s PA of Minister Mr Matome Chiloane on February 20th. She responded promptly and referred me to Dimakatso Matlhakgane. During our last conversation, Dimakatso informed me that the Principal of Norkem Park High School required my children's subject choices. I sent the necessary information to Dimakatso via WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I haven't received any updates since, and my calls are no longer being answered. This process has been ongoing for nearly three weeks, and I'm growing increasingly frustrated.

Space for grade 10 and 11 around Kempton park and Tembisa
I went to the district 3 times now and no one is helping with space for my kids. My kids are at home worrying and stressed about their future. I need space for grade 10 and 11. And nobody is helping. The schools send us to the district, the district send us back to the schools.

Beares debit order
I was debited for December payment today and i'm only getting paid next week. They took my kids school fees money. Why would you debit on the 11th? they should have asked first if it's okay to debit today.

Beares furniture kempton park
I bought a washing machine and a carpet at Beares furniture Kempton Park. They only delivered the washing machine and the carpet was not delivered. When i call them they tell me stories. It’s been a month now.

Uber Eats does not want to refund me my money
The delivery guy called me and when i went outside he was already gone. This is happening for the second time. They are robbing us our money. The delivery guy left before 8 minutes time and there's an option for him to leave the order at the door. but he did not leave my order. 244 gone and Uber eats can't refund me.

Fraud!!
FRAUD! I have been trying to get hold of FNB regarding my account. Someone reported my account yesterday after i've sent them money, hoping that FNB will reverse the money back to them. Now my money is gone in my account and nobody seems to care.

My account has been frozen
My bank account was frozen by Capitec today on suspicion of fraudulent activity. I went to the bank to report the issue but i got no assistance. Also, i have called the customer care centre regarding this issue but got no help. I am not happy at the responses I have received so far because they don't make sense and they don't help me. I have received money from someone on the 23rd and according to the sales person at capitec, this person reported me on Facebook that I've scammed him and i have proof that this transaction was not a scam. If there was an issue with the funds transferred into my account, why was the source of the funds not investigated prior to clearing the funds? It makes NO sense to clear the funds and then freeze the bank account. This is stupidity and incompetence at its worst!!! Why was the source of the funds not investigated upfront? Why was I not contacted to be told of suspicions and allowed to provide proof of funds? If Capitec's incompetent forensics team were able to use their brains, they would have used that approach. This is frustrating and so dissapointing.
