I made an offer to this Seller via eBay and felt safe as eBay say you are covered by their warrantee to cover all cost of purchase and transport etc. This Seller sent me the wrong bass guitar, not the one I made the offer on. I received a Ibanez BTB 746 (six string bass guitar) in stead of a BTB 747 (a 7 string bass guitar). I paid the price of the much more expensive 747 and received the much cheaper 746 with an installed battery - meaning the guitar was used before. The Seller approved to refund me the purchase price but not the transport and import tax. eBay is yet to respond to all my complaints and they say they wait for me to respond to the Seller by sending the guitar back - in other words losing the import tax and transport fee, plus I must pay for transport back to the Seller again. eBay does not hold up their warrantee to consumers in my opinion and the Seller has a bully mentality. It cost me R23 500.00 to import the guitar and the BTB746 is now available in South Africa at R15000 at a dealer brand new. So between eBay and this Seller advertising with them, I am out of pocket R8500.00 but I would never buy the BTB746 as I already have a boutique 6 string bass guitar and have no need for it.

This company did a borehole for me. Not on site the day the job should start - excuse - there was a break in at the shop Not on site again - they did not have access to the shop they rent and the lessor is not available to open up So the borehole worked about six times and then nothing Trying to get them back to site to come and look at the problem and the excuses comes again - working out of town, then a riots so the workers did not come to work, now they are nor taking my call anymore - a useless bunch to work with and totally unprofessional. I am getting someone else to pull the pump today and measure the depth and if there is a decent sump depth below the pump and will write a follow up afterwards.
I Bought 4 x 1000lt water tanks from Builders Warehouse Vanderbijlpark/Bedworth Park on 12 September 2023. 1 Tank came complete as per the add with the mesh on top to collect rain water. The other three only had a plastic lid. I complained about it, phoned them about it and answered three surveys they sent us via email and till today 21 November 2023 no one contacted us about the incomplete delivery. To replace these mesh units will cost me over R1000-00. I will not trust them again with a online purchase.
I phoned ahead to Euphoria Golf Estate to go up to the cable car for lunch with my family. I asked the lady if we are allowed to bring our 19yr old doggie with as she is in a pram and if we can take her up with us on the cable car. She said we are more than welcome and on our arrival we were not allowed access into the estate. We had to turn back disappointed after driving far for this visit. So to all other potential visitors, if you are animal lovers and travel with your four legged children - delete this as a tourist visitation on your agenda. The Jordan the manager has no manners when I was trying to report the incident. Never again
NJII Auto - they advertise in Auto Trader - they say they have access to 75000 cars. They say they sell clean and well looked after vehicles....THEY LIE! I have driven two hours to them after asking all sorts of important questions to the receptionist who looks to be the sales manager as well. On arrival, all cars on this floor were accident damaged vehicles that were repaired by some backyard repair guy. Dents and bends on the bonnets still reflecting, orange peel spray jobs etc. Don't waste your time driving to them. They also advertise they deliver nationwide....stay away - sure they will change their name again soon - be aware of these people lying to you without conscience about it.
I have been battling with this company since January 2019 when their service delivery just bottomed out. Ever since I have been complaining to them each time our internet is not available or running at snail pace - to the extend that they added a note on my bill saying I am contineously complaining. But they contineously suck at service delivery. Just after 20h00 the internet literally dies down and you cannot reach them as they only support till 20h0. Weekends is the same mess week after week. If you are looking for a internet service provider please read up on other companies as well and if you have a great one in the Vanderbijlpark area for the peri urban areas please let everyone know as well.
I have tried for months now to cancel my business cellular agreement with 8 TA Telkom. I have phoned the call center numbers, e-mailed the cancellation form, letter from my company, proof of address etc to ********** visited the Telkom shop for assistance in the Vaal Mall and still each month they just take another debit order. They must be the worst cellular service provider in SA from my experience.
Thought we will pop in on Monday evening with the family for Spur Burgers. Three of the four people that ate either a pepper or cheddemalt burger ended up with food poisoning. This time I did not end up in hospital though but what a painful night of cramps and running to the bathroom and back. Tuesday afternoon we started to feel a bit better. Last time it was the Calamari and after investigation I was told the staff did not wash their hands after using the bathroom...cannot believe I am eating there again after the first bad experience. Extreme Water provides water purification plants with service level agreements. I have 2 plants on my property and a debit order deduction for service of the filters. They did not service us in 2015 and after numerous calls not one of their phones are working today 5 January 2016. I just saw the last email I received was from a gmail account with the name [Email Removed] I should have picked up on how unprofessional they are but missed the email address till this morning. Shame on you Xtreme Water and you poor service. We do not need more people like you in SA - we need people with integrity and purpose. The e mail [Email Removed] also does not receive any emails.
