Submitted a claim on the 10th of Jan for a cellphone which was authorized with Ref 2807159. I was sent a link to Takealot to purchase a cellphone similar to the one I claimed for, there was no voucher. The consultant indicated that the voucher will be loaded the following day at 12pm. To date, there is no voucher and the consultant has gone AWOL, he is no longer responding to my emails. This is not the kind of service one signed up for.
I purchased a security burglar gatefrom Team DSS in Jan, by June, the gate's paint is coming off and rusting. I reported the issue to Leon, who came to assess the issue and has since disappeared into thin air.
Uber eats drivers are fraudsters. I ordered food which was alledged to be delivered and it was not. Worse part is, you do not have access to the driver to determine why he/she claimed to have delivered, when he/she clearly took the food for themselves.
On the 8th of January 2018, I had 3 burst pipes in my house which is not even 2 years old. I called in a plumber that resides not far from my house to come and assist me. I have a Nedbank home insurance which I have never received the policy document and on the 9th I called the insurance division to inform them that I need to view what my house policy covers and this information was sent to me, I then reported the burst pipes and informed the customer agent that I have fixed the problem since I was not aware that my policy covers for leaking/burst pipes and poor workmanship. Claim C ********** 453756 was lodged and they appointed a ER plumbing to come assess the damage. The plumbing company never called me and I called them several times, even leaving messages and to date they have not called me. I submitted my claim on the 14th of January with documentation that was required. I followed up on Wednesday the 16th of January 2019 and was told that the claim is with finance department and it will be paid within 48 hours. Today the 21st of January, I called again to check progress and I was told that my claim has been cancelled without any valid reason. So my question is, as an insurance company what right does it give you to cancel my claim if the plumber that you have appointed has not reviewed the work that was completed by my plumber. The fact that this plumber does not take his work seriously does it mean if I did not appoint a plumber, I would be sitting in a dam while I am paying insurance and have not even missed a payment. This is utter nonsense.
Been calling almost everyday to check when the delivery of my card will be done. I swear there are no people working there. I hold the line for atleast 12 minutes before I hang up. Question is why am I supposed to be calling them, shouldn't they call me to arrange the delivery of my card?
11 days later I still dont have a card. Requested for my card to be delivered specifically on a certain amd the couriers failed to deliver only to call me the following day to ask me for a new delivery date. I gave them this past Friday between 2:00-4:00pm. I received no call until I called them to be told that they cannot locate the driver. Driver only called way after 4. I requested them to deliver it at any FNB branch in Midrand, I guess they are still trying to locate it too. This is such a useless courier company!
I purchased a flight ticket with CEMair, bus tickets with greyhound and intercape on the 6th of August. Its the 8th of August all of these transactions has been pending. I am about to loose a seat on CEMair because they cannot release a ticket until the funds have been cleared. My son will not be able to travel because Intercape cannot send me a ticket because pending transaction means no booking. This money has been deducted from my account already. Does it mean I have to rebook these tickets again, really now this is frustrating. Why cant the bank reverse the transactions into my account then if they don't want to process them?
<p>Prince Mazibuko advertised on Facebook that his company will be conducting Forex trading classes in Jhb and they are charging R800 pm for 6 months. I paid my first R800 on the 2nd of May, emailed proof to ********** and to date there has not been any response. Unfortunately there is no telephone that I can call to check what is going on but I have sent couple of emails which were ignored. Stay away from paying this company.</p>
<p>I have submitted all my paid up letters and requested to be removed from debt review and be issued with clearance letter, up until today I am still waiting. Consultants have gone awol and no feedback regarding progress of my issue. What should one do to get her clearance letter and be removed from Debt review?</p>
<p>I have applied for debt review in 2016 with zero debt and have completed paying off my creditors. I am now looking for a letter to show that I do not owe any creditor, all the zero debt consultants have gone awol on me. Never use this company they are unprofessional.</p>
