We've been without water for close to 3 weeks now. The suburb know as Entokozweni is under this company's siege as water, being a ****** basic service for any and all creatures is under the control of hegemonic, corrupt fat goons! Would it kill management to do the job they were appointed for? Actually, I don't care and wouldn't mind if it did, however there are lives at stake over here and quite frankly, if Silulumanzi cannot lift up their pious finger to resolve this matter, how tf am we supposed to clean our ****s and prepare to go pay VAT and levies imposed by a government of stupidity if we can't even take a decent shower? Is it too much of a job for African leadership to carry out their tasks without thinking about their own fat bellies? Actually why am I even asking that, but for now, we need water. Otherwise, what's the whole point of having a ****ing institution that is responsible for service delivery if fat ***s won't even listen to our plea? Oh right I forgot, South Africa's leaders don't know how to breath without thinking corruption 😒

Consultants render incompetent service. My unit's meter no. has been blocked by RMS since December, after trying to call your consultants several times, you ****ing cut my call, knowing I called you, like tf? Worse part, your voice mail is doing more work than your agents meanwhile i can't do my job since I'm working from home Villa Kazi, Marshalltown has experienced several of these and as a result, I do desire that better management and business etiquette is practiced within their ranks because rn, it's ****ed up.
1. Infrastructure and cleanliness - of the building name Villa Kazi is decrepit. There's mold infestations across the residential block which thrives in the rooms of tenants. Personally in my room I have to clean it every week. I've asked the landlord to paint over it but nothing has occurred since and I can't wait for ***s to fly! 2. Bookkeeping - since the 2nd of March when my lease began, the agent signed me for a 12 month's lease instead of a month-to-month basis...shap, no problem, that individual worked for Mafadi Property Management. The dilemma exists in the transitions of the property services from Mafadi to Indluplace in such a manner that the latter never "processed" my online payments on time. In June, they locked me out of my own paid yet still decrepit room in this disaster stricken part of town as a result of their f***up, which I haven't received an apology for but shap...no problem. Now, they intentionally denoted my account in arrears when their FNB bank account has been seeing my guap on time, at the end of every month and thus *** must happen? Are those arrears going to tipp-ex themselves off because I'm not paying ****. Lastly, we're in the 4IR and transitioning to the 5IR but a residential property that's responsible for making millions in a trimester can't update their systems to read online transactions!? Nah hond, I wasn't planning on being here more than 6 months thus for the remaining 6 months, try to pick up slack will you huh? I rate the customer experience of your institution utterly dissatisfying!
