After almost 5 years with Webafrica telling everyone how amazing they are i finally realized how *********** their cancelattions department is. I cancelled my service with them in Dec and now apparently it is only schduled to be cancelled the end of March(their contracts say they need a month notice) , the agents on their whatsapp line escalate the query and then tell me that it is scheduled for cancellation end of March when i told them but I cancelled in Dec the answer i get is "I did state that you requested it on Dec and that was the response I got" then when i ask is there someone than can assit me they tell me " Unfortunately there's no one". Stay away from WebAfrica *********** and useless.
After years with Standard bank i have decided to move banks On the 26th of Nov a Uber transaction was deducted from my account my card was blocked to try and prevent the transaction causing a lot of frustration because i was not able to use my app etc. After spending 2h00 at the branch on Fri the 30th of Nov to get my new card the transaction was processed in any case. The friendly staff at Standard bank told me that it would take 21 business days for them to do a statement review so now all my debit orders wont go off. This is ridiculous and now i have to go to the branch again to cancel my accounts because they cant do that over the phone.
I Joined planet fitness Montana last year after moving from another gym at first i really enjoyed it but lately it has become so crowded and busy that i can't even gym no matter what time of day you go...i would advise anyone who wants to join PF to think carefully before doing so if you are ok with waiting 10 -15 min for a machine to open up then its the place for you other than that its an awesome gym. I just don't understand how their reps are all over the place doing join up campaigns when its so over crowded the whole time
Probably one of the worst debt collectors ever...I requested a settlement on my account at the end of Dec 2022 its now half way through Feb and still nothing just a E-mail saying I should contact them urgently because i haven't made payment althoug payment has been made on the 26th of Jan
This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with they charge me for every single call they make to me sometimes 3 calls a month then they give me a settlement amount and one month later its no longer valid??? They are truly Corporate Bullies how must n pay off an account when they keep charging me for useless calls and emails Truly frustrated...
I am not happy with MBD Attorneys I'm trying to get a hold of them for the last 2 months to try and settle my account that is with them they simply don't answer any calls and neither do they respond to any emails. I went to the people who handed my account over and they said that I have to speak to MBD directly in order to get the settlement but how can I speak with them if I'm not receiving any co operation from their side?? Very bad service
I truly wish that i was able to give this review a minus 5 star and even then it will be too good for this company. I an being charged R250.00 for using the wrong reference number when making a payment, I understand that using a wrong reference means extra admin but seriously R250.00 that's ridiculous. Future more they charge me extra for not paying my account by the 4/8 when i made a payment by the 26/7 then when you call them and finally get through you have to deal with rude agents who put the phone down in your ear while you are trying to resolve an issue. The worst out of all this is i am staying in a complex so i have no other choice but to use these incompetent and rude service provider.
