Opening a fibre account with Vodacom for 2 years or more. Closed it in March 2025. - They didn't update my statement , still shows as i owe them even though i paid in full. - My name is impacted with the credit bureau , after 3 days of call and emails with no help , i eventually got through to a customer care person who told she doesnt know how to advise. you would think after the incompetence to ruin my name someone would be helpful. NOOOOOOOOO , They keep telling me to call 082 1946 but that number doesn't work if you have no vodacom number or account. Crazy thing is they will quickly send you an email from their personal Vodacom mail if they selling or want money from you but cant help when they inconvenience you. That's the type of service we dealing with.
I would encourage anyone looking to run as far away from this place as possible....Money making scheme , they are not in it for you but themselves. Igrow , Greenpark , STSS...All slithering snakes in the grass. I stayed at Greenpark for a total of 3 months and I have just served notice at the end of month 3... Electricity is billed at almost double the Eskom rate. R4.05 / kWh( They have a mark up on electricity). No wonder they didn't want to share the utility bills before I moved in because they said it's all relative...Water is also billed separately...AT A MARK UP AS WELL. - instead of this service being a value added service like other properties , you pay monthly fees of R93 to have their dumb app on your phone so you can load electricity. - Facilities aren't that great compared to other Balwin properties. -Their so called gym is that steel **** you find in government parks. - Apartment quality is deteriorating by the minute , loose cupboard doors , stained walls , stained cracked tiles , Weak mirror hinges, you can see Structural cracks on buildings outside....lol not to mention your deposit will be liable for those defects before you go whether you did them or not. - Water pressure is weak. - hot water takes 10 hours to come out. you just run water till it decides to become hot- another contributor to high water costs. - Shower leaks water everywhere...i become a part time cleaner at least once a day after every shower. - when close taps , it continues to drip for another 2/3 seconds , no wonder the water bill is also a mess. - Pool is smaller than a fish pond. If you want to swim , be ready to not go higher than your knees.... you are actually better off taking a cold shower. - if you do take that shower , Drainage system releases a ****ty after smell in the house through out drains so you need to keep the door closed and windows open. I see they give generic responses like "*its billed to the homeowner at cost"* , fact of the matter i think is they are in it together *My opinion* , when you raise it ....no one does anything about it , it lands on deaf ears to protect their revenue together i guess... Agent (Igrow Wealth Investments) doesn't even bother responding. If you are looking in here , Whatever rental you see for a decent price , factor in another R2000 extra per month because of hidden costs they dont tell you about. I asked for a utility bill before I moved in and they played it down. Don't know if it's funny or cause for concern but u never see the same neighbor for longer than 2 months because people are leaving after seeing what's behind the curtains.... fortunately or unfortunately , i'm one of them. In short - moving in like WILL make your life worse , If you love yourself , don't ruin your mental health like that.
These guys are terrible. i see everyone this complaining about them. they dont even deserve this one star. im just adding the one star to show how ****ty they are. i moved into Greenaprk , After 140 days on staying there since moving. they decided my balcony couch set up was storage and decided to give a penalty for that. - They never responded to any emails or explained anything further. They absolutely the worst.
Igrow managed my property for Greenpark Lifestyle. i will write that review separately cause i hope they all burn down to the ground some day but Igrow was easily the worst agency i have ever dealt with. Felt like a money making scheme. i wish to never cross paths with them unless forced to. There was 1 guy there (Mark Du Toit) was helpful and made the experience bearable in the beginning but there's only so much he do , otherwise everyone else was terribly useless...totally pathetic. - All they just do is send you invoices without detail or explanation. not to mention , after they have ignored your mail , you will be forced to pay the invoice whether right or wrong. - They phones never go through. - Their CS agents ignore emails and never get back to you. - they switch you to new agents without doing a handover , every time you rotated , you start the query fresh. so you never actually get to sorting the issue because they just ignore you till rotated I'm guessing. - When you do get through then the person has stepped and they will return your call then vanish into a dark whole again. - 2 Months after exit , i still wait for finalization....i saw someone complaining about then not returning deposits. IT IS TRUE. I just don't care about my deposit because i couldn't stand dealing with them anymore. That's how much i hated them. in short - i hope they burn to the ground. THEM , STSS and Greenpark Shouldn't be in the business of servicing people if you cant be ethical in your operations.
what a shetti service provider. uselsss team of people. - was on the phone for 4 hours , spoke to 7 different people and i still dont have wifi. incorrect billing every month terrible customer service what a terrible customer experience.
If you being financed by Marquis Finance .......RUN!!!!!. as FAR and as FAST as possible. usually i say "do better" to struggling entities / people who TRY but this one must either burn to the ground or close doors. just go through the profile to see how many unsatisfied clients they have. you'll speak to 6 people , they'll be clueless and just say "send an email " then that mail goes into a deep dark whole and never returns. You want to be one of us? Join Marquis Finance. - ill see your post under here later. Absa / Wesbank will at least try get involved with dealer to figure out how they sold a faulty car without disclosure , Marquis wipes there hands clean and sends you to lawyers to come for their money. no aftersales service , no help , no understanding , no nothing. Their service is even worse. you'll be lucky to get a mail response or call from them. ****ty Service all around ....****ty aftersales service , ****ty feedback , ****ty email response , ****ty calls cause they clueless and an even worse experience as a customer cause its annoying...so much incompetence , it leaves a biter taste in the mouth. its like people are dedicated to being useless.. I never want to be associated with this bank again.....

Don't ever finance anything through Marquis. Marquis are very quick to finance whatever you want and terribly slow once you have signed. No response or feedback on queries. you cant get ahold of them half the time. only time you hear from them is when their legal people are calling to make threats to the consumer. i see their ratings are already **** anyways so ill just also add my experience with them. Marquis financed an accident damaged vehicle from a dealership called Rosso Auto. Nothing was disclosed to the consumer at the time of purchased. 14 days later i returned the vehicle to the dealer as it was coming up with a lot of mechanical faults and asked Marquis to help investigate because the dealership didn't want to reserve the sale. Their feedback was terrible , they were not helpful even after i showed evidence that they financed an accident car...... 9 months later , I'm still stuck in the same predicament. There was someone sent by Marquis that called and whatsapp'd to make threats and vanished there after. what a pile of **** service by these entities. I have submitted complaints against Marquis to the National consumer Commision as well as the dealership and further opened a case against them with the banking ombudsman. if you reading this , i urge you to open cases against this terrible entity so we can bring to light how ****ty they treat their consumers. once i win this case i never want to be associated with this entity ever again. what a horrifying experience.
Be Aware of Rosso Auto Midrand - Cars they sell have accident damage and they dont disclose it. I would highly recommend you do your homework before purchasing from Rosso Auto. 1 financial mistake can set you back a couple of years or even end up paying for a car you dont ave..... Dont be a victim of these dealers. -Opinion :- THEY WILL SAY WHATEVER TO SELL YOU A CAR ..... thereafter be prepared to be stuck. - i was guaranteed i was buying a good car with no accident by the dealer people and as per Giovanni i quote " it still has its original dekra data dots. - Then sold me a car with faulty defects WITHOUT disclosing it. ( They will say they dont know but i refuse to believe that a dealer will buy a car without knowing its faults. no one runs a business that recklessly. otherwise youd be out of business... Most dealers know the issues on their cars. ) - very first Quote to fix from workshop was about R30k which 10% of what the entire car cost....a couple more services and i would've basically paid for another car. - Thereafter , They basically tried forcing me to keep a car i clearly dont want. i can under basic things like wipers but i mean the car had faulty wiring by the oil pumps , CV joints were not okay and im suppose to belive that this thing will last me? Lol. i managed to get an accident report that shows that this car was repaired on the right side and further got repaired mechanical. Now wonder CV joints needed repairing on first service. i have all the evidence. Anyways - Post purchase , if you have disputes - They also twist your word a lot and say anything to get themselves out of situations. i am currently living testimony of this. Fortunately - Me and my representitvatives have all correspondences and are comfortable with whatever outcome this case will result in cause we are ready to fight till we get justice. But i urge to do you homework properly , take professionals there , Scrutinize the vehicles throughly with your own professionals. personally , you would be stupid if you bought there... i'd say DO NOT BUY there because you ****ing your money down the drain if you make this mistake of buying at this dealer however you can buy at your risk.
