I’ve ordered a package from Vodacom a week ago the package was supposed to be delivered yesterday (02-05-2025) then I got a call stating that something is wrong and delivery will take place on Monday (05-05-2025) PLEASE NOTE I took a days leave on Friday for it to be delivered I called and a lady said sorry for the inconvenience I will escalate that the delivery will take place today (03-05-2025) I called again to follow up and the lady told me “No sir your order will be delivered only maybe on Monday “ I can’t take another days leave I want my order today

After waiting for 2 month's and 8 day's for an accelerator pedal to arrive in South Africa. I would like to thank R2R Auto Electrical & Service Repairs for fixing a issue I had with my car's accelerator pedal. Excellent service and great customer service with regards to providing feedback. Thanks to Corrie and team for your service. And also to Renault South Africa for understanding my frustration with Renault Centurion. I took my vehicle in on the 5th of July 2024 to an auto electrician (R2R Auto electrical) they advised that my 2017 Renault Captur 900T blaze. Get a new accelerator pedal please note I have paid for the pedal on the 5th of July. The order was placed for the pedal with Renault Centurion the 5th of July 2024 I frequently called Renault Centurion to follow up on the ETA and today 12th August 2024 was the "supposedly" the arrival of the pedal. Only later on the day (12 August 2024) I received an document stating that the pedal was only order today 12th August 2024 ETA 5-6 weeks that's ridiculous to say the least. This Renault that I own is my only transportation from and to work and home. I'm not willing to risk my life with a faulty accelerator pedal and so am I not willing to risk damaging the vehicle even further. I'm very disappointed in the service and false information I have received from Renault Centurion. I hereby requested that Renault Centurion provide me with a loaner car with equivalent features to my current vehicle for the duration that I must wait for the part to arrive. Seeing that I get false information dus far on the progress. I've spoken to Waldo and Vishal (Branch manager) and they informed me even tho they have my details and R2R's captured that they will not provide me with a loaner vehicle seeing that my car is a 2017 model and out of warranty and that they will not disclose any information with me further seeing that I'm not their customer even tho I am. All I want out of this situation is either a loaner vehicle for the duration of the waiting period. Or The part thats it.
