I wrote a review about bad experience with Alpha Metering, you as Hellopeter you allowed to be intimidated by them. I stand by my truth the bill I paid was before my property was registered in my name. I'm willing to take a stand for that.
I had a very bad experience with alpha metering where I bought a property and was registered 27 March but my electricity meter was blocked because of the outstanding amount. Even after I send the the registration letter stating the date they never cared as long as their money was paid. They did even try to resolve it with the previous owner. They were never told that the property was sold but after proving it to them what did they do NOTHING. Because they could see it was never my fault and they have a deposit from previous owner. But ke I had to pay to get electricity not that it was a choice.
I would like to applaud the excellent professional quick service rendered to me by this company. They are the best tracing agents.
I just bought a house with Nedbank, their monthly deduction is R3828.55 for the first year starting 30 April 2025 but instead they deducted R9934.56 putting me in very difficult financial strain. No explanation from them about this. All I want is for them to reverse my money but I do not get any help from them they don't answer calls they don't respond to emails.

Homechoice is a ****. They tried me with a double door fridge but the send an email saying will be delivered soon I phoned them saying I never ordered any fridge. They canceled the order but no investigation that was made on who authorized it and the recordings since they record when they call. I told myself I want nothing to do with homechoice ever again. Now they are calling saying I owe blankets that I ordered September 2024. How and where did they deliver those blankets the lady was rude she hang up. Please I would like this ***** happening in this shop investigated and I am sure it's inside job.

Second time I order and they send wrong item. First it was small sports bras instead of large size I kept quiet gave to my younger sister. Now I ordered throat spray they send Themometer. The incompetency is getting to a higher level.
I ordered from takealot a pair of talkies size 5 they send size 4. Right I queried and reference number was given to take it back to their office for exchange. What angers me most I also ordered sports bras size M/L but they send S/M and they say non refundable. Now I am sitting with small bras as if it's my fault. I ordered the right size I have a screenshot of my order. Takealot is really taking me for a ride now I must lose R270 because of their own mistake? Thank you
Zingce tombstones is worse in delivering services, you can pay but they'll play hide and seek with you. They deserve a 0 rating. I would not suggest anyone to use this people. When you call they always say they are busy they will get back to you but they will never. I have a very bad experience when they were fixing my parents tombstones I paid in May till today the job is not complete. Their contact is 0726054694
