We gave our house transfer to Leeuwner Maritz Attorneys. The transferring attorney that handled our transfer was Bernidene Fourie. From get go she was friendly, professional, attentive, caring and ready to help where needed. No matter how many messages we left for her or e-mails we sent she was always happy and willing to assist. This is our 4th house transfer and never were we handled and assisted with such care. Both been in our 60s is a very stressful time to sell your property. The company should praise her as an asset to their organization
We booked 3SIX5 REMOVALS (PTY) Ltd early October for our move to Pennington Kwazulu Natal 30 December 2022. Chris and his wife personally came to the house to check contents to be moved and gave us a quote for 50 boxes, they also offered a service at a additional fee to come and do the wrapping and packing of all goods to be moved the day before the move. They arrived the day prior to the move, started packing, and then all of a sudden they realized we needed additional boxes, a extra 60 to be exact, that meant extra payments for boxes, wrapping tape and bubble wrap. So far all good nerves not to bad. Then moving day we were informed the 12 ton truck would not be big enough, and we required another 5 ton truck, well yes another 23,000.00 rand. Chris the owner then said they needed a loose roll of bubble wrap and insisted payment of another R 1500.00 for a roll of bubble wrap which we bought at West pack for R 430.00 when we packed some of our very valuable goods. So yes now we had a move of R 53,435.00 money not budgeted for. Move went fine then came the placing of everything in the different rooms. Please his staff do not know the difference between a lounge, dining room, kitchen or main and spare bedrooms. Once we started unpacking we discovered the damages. Our dining room table 10 seater main table cracked at the one leg, the bedroom head board leather padding torn, broke our one table lamp, one large floor delila vase broken, broke 2 lamp shades ,broke a casserole dish, broke a photo frame. Total price of things to be replaced R 2200.00 excluding repairs, thus R 8,700.00. Quote to fix table and headboard R 6500.00. A friendly word of advise avoid them like the plague.
We had a wonderful stay on Golden Pond from 21/10/2022 to 28/10/2022. Our stay was amazing and all the staff a pleasure t deal with. We had to pay a breakage deposit of R 350.00 which we did, we were given the guarantee in writing that this deposit would reflect in our banking account 10 days after departure. I sent a mail yesterday am and got no reply. I resend the mail this morning nd got a phone call from accounts stating they could not find the documentation, but that they would continue investigating. I gave the deposit receipt number 85705. I told the lady that phoned my next step is to escalate to hellopeter. Her response was please do. I think this is not the correct attitude to have about the company you work for.
We have tried to get assistance from our local DA councilor and he is very unresponsive and unable to help. The councilor prior to him was excellent, she showed she helped and even answered her whats ups, the new one refuses, Ruimsig area.
We will be selling and moving for the fourth time, at no time have we ever received our deposit for water and electricity connection refunded. what does city power do with the deposit and the interest earned on it?
Vodacom Forensic department blocked my phone Wednesday 08/09/2021. When I phoned Vodacom 082135 upon investigation they found that they had blocked my phone in error, they said it was a system error. They unblocked my phone Thursday 09/09/2021, but up to now I am unable to make any outgoing calls. I have phoned them on a daily basis, and every time I get told wait another 24 to 48 hours the technical team is working on it. The service call I have is A2-QUEX-FX3XT. I went to Vodacom Cradle Stone the assistant that was there said there hands are cut off, as they are a franchise they are powerless to do anything. The manager came in with a trolley from Pick and Pay and just looked at me and walked to the back, This lack of not wanting to help the customer is unacceptable.
