We ordered safety boots worth R479.00 - Sale order number #203680575. My sister has been waiting at home the whole day only to check on the takealot app that the order was delivered and signed by her today at 16:57pm how??? When??? No call from the delivery guy, no order, nothing!!!! So what does this mean exactly?!?!?!?!

The initial call encounter was a daylight *******, make sure to do your homework before signing up with an insurer like MiWay there's so much other companies out there who offer a lot better service and policies than MiWay!!! Big mistake I've ever made. Their fees ridiculous, not to mention the excess fees for petty little things. Their accredited panel beaters are so unprofessional. Paying excess fee of R15 000 rand, for my car to be fixed for an accident which was not even caused by me, no help from MiWay regards to the 3rd party, no legal actions whatsoever! I'm waiting for 1 month and counting to get my car back from their panel beater, after being promised by MiWay that it will only take 10 working days to have my Suzuki S-presso 2022 model fixed! I had to drop off my car to the panel beater, no car hire, no assistance - nothing!!!! Service is a nightmare, it's been horrible experience, the accident, MiWay and now their panel beater (LS Autobody). What is the worst thing that can happen now???? I just hope I get my vehicle fixed accordingly, so I don't have to deal with MiWay ever again and their panel beater!!!
LS Auto Body is apparently one of MiWay' Insurance top accredited panel beaters. MiWay promised that this panel beater will get my vehicle (Suzuki S-presso 2022 Model) repaired in 10 working days - 1 month later and counting, still don't have my car back! I've been calling since to check on the repair process because no one calls to update. Yesterday I called because I was told 2 weeks ago that I will receive the car fixed today, guess what?!?! The rear door was received, put on my car, painted etc only then they realised that the door is wrong, like who does that - what nonsense is that? they take people for fools!!!! Now because of that I'm yet to sit without a car for the next 2 weeks or more till they sort out this mess! They're costing me money, it's such an inconvenience especially after paying them R10 000.00 in their account in January 2024 and am yet to pay another R5 000 upon collection of my vehicle - that's the excess fee from MiWay - how messed up can this be like really!!!
On the 08th of November 2023, purchased 5 items worth R911.00 and one item was not up-to standard, package in a bad condition and it looked 2nd hand, used, dusty etc. The item was costing around R300 odd rands, I requested a return so that I can purchase another product, but it was declined still. Till this day no money back, no return item received. At this stage I don't even want the item anymore, I want my money back or y account credited.
Solver is a scam! Their reply on social was just a lie and they've not idea what they're doing. Since their reply in December 2022 nothing was absolutely done and all that they can say is they don't have a solution for you @Ankia Swanepoel, @Leezelle Malan,. Can someone here tell me how can one's account accumulate from R31 000 to R49 000 in just 2 months. Levies being paid every month the only outstanding issue to be resolved is the legal fees and handover done by them. Days ago, I received the below email from them but they can't fix the issue, like what is going? Good day, Thank you for your mail. I doubt highly that an account goes in arrears of over R40 000 for missing two payments. I am not sure where the instruction came from and I am not aware of any queries specifically. It is possible that there were queries raised with my predecessor or even the previous managing agent, to this I cannot comment or resolve. Beyond the word bad and unprofessional. Literally blood sucking agents, I've ever dealt with. Our complex is a mess and all they do is demand fees after fees after fees, levies increase all the time and nothing to show for, it's crazy! Problems are literally not solved at all, zero service whatsoever... Sad indeed!!!!
My word Multichoice must be by far the worst customer service provider I've ever experienced in the days of my life!!!!! I've been their customer for years, service zero, in fact none existant, something as easy as changing a contact detail on the system, my mistake was to give them more business by upgrading my package, all along they had my correct contact number but now they keep calling my mother who's ill every week for silly staff, I've asked them on 3 occasions to please stop using my mother's number asking for me that's not my contact number!!!!!! My mother is elderly and sick stop calling her!!! You've got my number use my number for the correct customer you want to speak, simple.
Sheeesh what a mission to get assistance and proper service for what you pay for, my word it has been a very frustrating experience! Ticket no.53151676 is still not resolved after speaking to 4 agents or more if not mistaken: On the 2nd of April 2022, called Dstv 1. Rasmika, was clueless and couldn't assist me at all after I queried why they tried to debit R518.70 when they were only meant to debit R259 hence the debit bounced coursing me bank charges. She was going to get the manager to advise but nothing good came out of it. Only to receive an sms stating that I must pay R309.56 in order to be connected no explanation whatsoever! I called again for explanation 5th of April 2022... 2. Precious answered and again she couldn't assist me with answer but kept on emphasing that there was a price increase of which I was never notified in anyway or form prior to this issue. She made me hold on the line for a good 10 to 15minutes for the so called manager and the line was cut off. Called again today! 06th of April 2022 3. Andile sounded like he knew he story, check my account, apologized and even mentioned that the 1st agent I spoke to which is Rasmika didn't check my account properly and overlooked the fact that I've got a special offer for 2months and regardless of the price increase I'm meant to still pay R259 of which I know to be correct. He asked me to hold while he consulted with his manager. A few seconds later he advised that he's rectified my account on the system and all is sorted now. The amount I must pay to be connected is R250.37 today 6/4/2022, I requested for an sms to be sent and I was advised that's it on its way. Hanged up the phone, called a family memember to make cash payment for me since I was at work. Only to find out its still showing R309!!!! Called few hours again... 4. Isaac, oh my word this guy zero customer service whatsoever, claimed to put me through to a certain department for assistance because clearly he doesn't know what he's doing. I asked him for the number because I knew the line was going to be cut...he assured me 3 times the line will not cut, hahahahaha guess what I was holding for 3 minutes the line was not even ringing on the other side then got cut. What a joke!!!!!
