Worst provider no solutions
Worst prepaid provider. I loaded units but still have no power. You have to ask a neighbour to boost you every time you run out of electricity and if you travel for work you are in worse trouble and if you are sickly there is no bypass.

Lacklustre Service - Preserve your credit score with another bank
Don’t bank with Nedbank if you want to preserve your credit score. I have been a client for more than 15 years. My accounts were under debt review and Nedbank ruined my credit score. There was never a missed payment on my accounts however nedbank recorded 8 missed payments on an account that was under debt review. And now a closed cheque account that was closed at their branch over 2 years ago is in arrears and handed over to lawyers. I have been calling since the 30th January 2026 with no avail . The contact centre puts you through to client credit management, to private banking to CMC to debt rehabilitation to legal until you run out of airtime. They promise to call back and never do. Customer service at this bank is really not it. I do not recommend any product from private banking to home loans.

Jumping through hoops to get medical aid
Can’t add a pensioner as dependent how sad. Discovery declined the application. Literally jumping through hoops to get medical aid for my parent. Tried to rectify error made on application since the 22nd December.

Marara pharmacy is so disappointing
I dont know how many times i need to call on the delivery of my chronic medication. I submitted my script more than a month ago and i am still waiting. Pharamacy direct was a better option via bonitas. I am utterly disappointed from their whats app service to delivery in general

****MERS!!!! They don't distribute the funds to your creditors and leave you on a worse financial position. Don't ever use them you wont be able to find a job and they will never give you your letter stating you no longer under debt review EVEN once you paid off your accounts without their assistance. They have a year worth of my savings .I want my money!!

****mers of note that place you under debt review for a home loan. You can never contact them. They block you from all their numbers and not even the NCR can help

FDS is a TRAP!!!!! ****MERS!!!
I was falsely put under debt review. The said they work for the government and that the banks are overcharging interest from Covid era and interest hikes. Unfortunately if you are someone that is still able to pay off debts you a trapped for life. You can bever get hold of them. They dont respond to emails and they never send you formal documentation.

Don’t recommend Nedbank private banking
Nedbank’s complaint department has to be the worst. I’ve been trying to get off of private banking since January I’ve spoken to two consultants and I’ve gone to the branch. My emails are ignored and all I’m asking for is my refund for monthly fees charged as promised via email. And removal of the facility. What does a client of more than 15 years have to do to get services. I can’t wait to close all my accounts with Nedbank because what a sour taste it has left. Home loan division is the only department that was able to assist me in a timeously manner. CCM: 67950196
