I deposited money on the 9/11/2024 and it did not reflect on their account, I reported on Monday 12/11/2024 and they requested a proof which I provided. I have been following up on the money since then, it's been 2 full weeks and I don't get clear feedback, they always tell me it's been escalated to Ozow. I even told them that their service is poor I no longer want to keep my account with them as soon as I get my money I will deactivate, they still require me to play before I can withdraw my money they have been keeping for 2 full weeks. I no longer want anything to do with Betway, I just want my money. You are ****mers, I won't give up on my money that I deposited.
It has been over 12 months since my father passed on. I submitted a claim of my Father from January 2024. My father passed on October 2023. I went to their offices 3 times, to follow up on the process and progress of the application. They have been making excuses that there are lot of cases while I stated my financial situation and how how I needed the money providing all the affidavits and required documents. I lastly asked that they at least give me an Advanced payment so I can be able to keep renting and putting food on the table for myself and my 2 Kids. But they told me they no longer do advances, when I asked for an estimation date of when I can get the money since they claimed that verification was done it only needed an approval from the Board of Trustees, they still said there are lot of cases. Must I be homeless with my children while I have money that is rightfully mine as the beneficiary that was nominated by my father and dependent on my father. what must I do to get the money because I'm unemployed and have no one that can support me.
I was previously a diver and I loaded money on the App. However I'm no longer a driver and I no longer have a vehicle. So I have been requesting for refund for over 3 weeks sending several requests but all they do is just close my case. I want my money either as a voucher for me to request rides using it or paid back to me. I have sent all the information they required but not even one feedback they just close the case. I want my money back.

I recently bought a second hand Renault Clio Authentic with 45000 km from salesperson Olona. I experienced a problem with the car the first day I took it home with me. The battery was flat, the vehicle was no longer switching on. Olona came and jump started the car and took it with her the following day to fix the problem. I have experienced the same problem 4 times already, where on 2 occasions, I called my insurance to come and jump start the vehicle after Olona was not responding to my queries. I asked for her help and she diverted the conversation to informing me about car insurance that I should switch to which this was irrelevant to what I was contacting her for. I also found out when I had to take the car for service that I do not have service plan, I was never informed about the service plan by Olona, she only told me when I asked her yesterday cause I thought the warranty was the same as the service plan. I have been communicating asking for assistance where she just didn't communicate back to me. I am also still waiting for the vehicle spannels that she was supposed to order but haven;t had anything about them as yet. This morning she came and had to jumpstart the car again, so it is clear that the car has a problem, I shouldn't be experiencing such problems with a car that was recently bought in June. Finally they took the car and told me I would be out of car for 6 days without giving me an alternative. 😫
