Terrible customer service at Checkers Overport l.
Dare: 8th Oct 2024, Time was 7:20pm. Shop closes 8pm. Went over to the bakery wife stood there couple of minutes while worker in the bakery just ignored her. Worker not apologetic and intact rude. Went to the cashier 3 staff were at the cashier. Again ignored by all 3. We must have been wearing our magical invisibility cloaks! And that's why I shop at Checkers Westville much better service no matter the time.

Barcelos chicken
I have been buying the full chicken special meal with pap etc several times. And it's consistently well prepared. Barcelos across from the Pavillion located in the Engen convenience store.

Terrible management and customer service
Leon the manager smoking with his friend at the entrance to his store. All the cigarette smoke blowing into the store his friend walks inside and continues to smoke. The lady at the till needs to go for a customer service course in the Nandos store just 2 stores away. Very disappointing. I wont be returning any time soon.

Disappointed complete opposite to service promise on the wall.
Spur steak ranch in Pavillion (westville). 1 of my worst experiences in a restaurant in a long time. Firstly which can happen my medium rare steak was more well done. Secondly our waitress was MIA. Thirdly we waited soo long,eventually calling the manageress to complain ams ask for the bill. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant again any time.

Devious mobileplus pretending to be mtn
Mobile plus contacted me pretending to be mtn. They offered me a better contract than my current mtn contract. I then received a whole lot of sms from mobile plus. Saying my order is beibg processed. Including also other smss for other things that i dont even know. Luckily they did not have my correct banking details and i then received about 3 or 4 different order numbers that were cancelled due to incorrect banking details. I contacted mobile plus, safe base, hotspotter to cancel these things. All 3 are actually 1 call centre apparantly. They said it was canceled. So fingers crossed everything is cancelled.
