Very bad customer service. I received a broken tv on Wednesday and reported it the same day. I still haven’t received my new tv and they haven’t collected the broken one.
I would never recommend telkom to anyone. I took a data contract with them of R129 and they have been billing me R209. when I call , all departments say they cant deal with the case. Do not go for telkom, rather use the expensive mobile networks.
It is evident that dotsure wants to eat our money. This company is a ****. My sisters Renault Triber had a clash problem and needed to replaced a clashkit. When my sister called them so that they pay, they told her that clash is not covered. She told them that their consultant is that one that said that they started coming up with stories of providing with the recording of that day, they first sent the wrong ones and later came back and said they found it and the consultant was the one that said the clash is covered. Now they don’t want to pay and don’t even give feedback. My sister had to be the one calling and thats when thye said she must fill in a form. And now they don’t want to pay. Of you are considering dotsure, I wouldn’t advice you to.
My order was incomplete and I was not even informed about it. the missing item was the most important thing I needed in that order. Not happy at all with this.
took a personal loan with fnb. firstly I was not informed that I can use my own personal life cover. secondly My insurance premium is still the same even after I have settled 75% of the debt in less then 1 year. that is not fair. when I call them they keep transferring me to departments back and fourth.
Fnb has very bad customer service. If you want to take a loan, I wouldn’t recommend it with them. I took a loan and changed the date to collect their money by 5 days and I tell you their interest rate for that month went extremely high. The consultant that helped me changed date did not inform me about certain information. I then called in,close to an hour on the call with another consultant who could also not help me and said she will get back to me till today. ( its been a month now) I sent them an email and they responded to nothing that I enquired about. I want to believe that they wrote off my enquiry as resolved. One of the other things concerns was that my interest rate keeps going up even when I pay consistently every month. The consultation that last help me akso saw it and sent an email to head office but no response.

I wanted to buy a dress which was labelled R70 with a red tag, when I got to the till they told me that the marked down price is R200 and not R70. I showed the manager in charge( Rachel) that It is clearly marked R70. There was nothing that showed R200 on the tag. I even took a pictore. When I asked her where is it written R200, she couldnt show me because ot was not on the tag. I think Mr price staff members take advantage of customers especially if the mr price is in the township.
