I won a grocery voucher on the 5th of August and they said I will get the voucher on the 25th August but still today I haven't received it and there's no communication.
On the 5th of August 2025 I got this email Hi Nolufefe We are thrilled to announce that you are the lucky winner of our Groceries competition. Your prize: R2 500 Groceries voucher Please acknowledge receipt of this email by responding to marketingsupport@oldmutual.com by 12/08/2025. I called marketing department on the 15th of August 2025 querying about the voucher they told me to write to Rewards department which I did but even today there's still nothing
I made a payment on the 13th of R500 towards the mobimoney account that I owe but it hasn't reflected until today wrote the countless emails to them I'm not getting any response on what happened to the R500 I paid. I would a response via email because they reach me on my number. tlethoele@gmail.com

I want my data that I paid for how difficult can it be
Haybo I paid my package late I was suppose to on the 26th of March and I paid on the 1st of April and since then I've been enquiring about the data they say they will escalate up until today it's still not loaded...dstv for poor service mxm
Now it's getting more and more frustrating I can't even track my claim anymore..it says my claim tracker is empty. guys I have family to feed and bills to pay last time I check it says tax directive received and it disappeared after that..at home I'm just a useless somebody all thanks to you
I wrote a complain here last week Monday and they called me and got an email as well from Amogelang Mongwegelwa stating that my claim is still within their time frame and I must give her 4 working days for her to investigate and she will also give update..but I just checked my claim online it's 31days already and my claim is still stuck on claim registered. Will they be able to pay within their time frame of 6 weeks if my claim is still stuck on claim registered...still have tax application then payment 🤔
I've resigned at work and submitted my claim on the 14th of November and until now when I track my claim it still says Claim Registered.I called on the 6th of December trying to find out why my claim status is not changing they told me that the company hasn't pay my last contribution for the month of November but when I check on my statement the company has paid..I have debts to pay kids to take care of and I'm the sole bread winner at home so I have family to take care of so how long must I wait for my money...the funny part is that people who resigned after me their claim status has changed to Tax Application..you can do better than this with our money
