There head office sent SMS of battery for 499. Suddenly get call that the cost now is 900 rand almost double with vague explanation after installation
According to them they got 15 billion to give to there members only to find out there is discount on a coffin if you use them (AVBOB) So the discount will not benefit me in any way if I’m not there . What a terrible give away. People need food or money while they are a live not a coffin discount if they are gone Can be a shame of yourselves.. Please keep the discount will use somebody else when need arise
PEP at New Park Centre in Kimberley business hours not in accordance with their website hours. Inconvenient for their customers who use their website hours only to find the shop has closed hour before. Their window business hour totally different than on website. Please see Saturday… check all
They promise on national tv discount on solar installation for residential houses. All they need is a sms to them on which they will respons with a call back. But never call you back still waiting in vain for their call now for weeks
Absolute arrogant and entitled company that does not bother to acknowledge a customer complaint. I mentioned before that I had to stand in a queue and waited at diamond pavilion in Kimberley for how long while only 3 tellers occupied 15 Pay points. With their big profits They can easily create jobs by full these vacancies and respect their customers time… so terrible customer service
Been at checkers diamond pavilion later today I’ve to wait in queue for how long as they only got three tellers while can accommodate up to 15 tellers. Absolute disgrace as checkers got no respect for customer time. Old people must stand uncomfortable waiting to be helped, while checkers can easily appoint more staff, but seems profit is more important than job creation and the comfort of their customers
Not maintaining ATM at their NC mall branch in Kimberley . While depositing money it just shuts down. Now they say I must wait 24 hours, but also made it clear it happened to other people also before me. Capitec must look beter after their assets, not to inconvenient their customers who now must wait days for their money.

There are two engen garages opposite each other in vryburg in north west The bathrooms of the one on way to Kimberley on left hand are so dirty and unhygienic. You’ll get sick just by walking in. No Engen please you must look better after your assets. You not proud and serious about your brand. Needless to say you don’t look after your customers …
