sani did illega card purchase of R142 000 in my FNB account They did an ******* card purchase of R142 000 in my old cancelled FNB card. ive hired a vehicle once with them in 2024 and they inspected the vehicle and there was no single dent, they never contacted me about anything and now they left my account in a very huge negative balance. Whwn i phoned them SANI they said they dont know anything about this yet it them .

I resigned as a teacher at KZN Education Pinetown in October 2024, my file could not be processed to GEPF till this day because alexander forbes have not sent a report on my leave yet the department of education sent them on october,till this day there is no response from them for 4 months now, i cant et my GEPF payout because they are seating on my file for 4 months, i still have to wait another 3 months on GEPF. I'm very sad, frustrated and disappointed on Tyme Bank Retail Capital business funding which has advance funding for business and the only criteria they have in their website is more than 6 months running a business and more than R30 000 monthly turnover, I have more than R150 000 monthly turnover and 8 months doing my business yet I've been declined funding from April till this day.. I phoned them today I'm told my credit score is low but they don't have that criteria beside that nothing have asked for my conset for credit scoring, if I was told in April when i app**** i could have sorted out credit scoring issue in 3 months, as for now I'm desperate to extend my business because of the new offer I got i get rejected,this is very sad.. Now I have to loose this offer because my bank tyme bank retail capital have been not transparent enough, this is sad... To me is not about credit scoring,I have my white friend who got funding yet hw never worked anywhere,never did a business before, he had a worse credit scoring.. It simply because I'm a young african...I'm.so disappointed,I thought tyme bank was to liberate us hardly earning and working Black's in majority..

I am utterly disappointed at woolworths online shopping ( Dash woolworths). I have not received my refund of R999 grocery shopping. It has been over 1 month now. I have called online services, sent my documents but still no refund. The delivery guy just went off from my gate with my groceries. Delivery was from Musgrave woolworths Dash. Called the customer line same time but was told I will be refunded 7-14 days working days. Until now I have not received my money after consulting many times via emails and phone calls order no:0943869599. Date 27 April 2023
I've asked them in January to change payment date to my salary date, they refused more than 3 times, I will pay my account on the 15th and they will suspend my pure adsl month end of the same month, this was done monthly until I stop payment in March, they told me if I don't pay in 5 days my account will be cancelled and indeed I didn't pay in April, they kept on billing me till today, they have been debiting my account for more than 5 months even though I was told in April my account would be cancelled on April....this is the worse network company
