samsung promotions a hoax
ordered a samsung phone which you claim a set of earpods from samsung,they said 14 to 21 working days to get the claim, now they say out of stock, company that's so big cannot keep to there promotions, really sad, samsung need to stop promising and start doing, if you see a samsung promotion don't believe you going to get your promotional item,there biggest story no stock, sad excuses start coming in, there promotions are hoax so I take there phones

Mondo terrible service
Contract date 6th july, approved today is 18th my router has still not been delivered they say its at there warehouse, waiting for delivery didnt know it takes 12 days when they stipulated 5 days, mtn move away or youll will lose clients this way
