I never joined the gym but the sales consultant did ***** under my name for 3 months they been deducting money from my account however we never had any agreement I never signed up for the team I need this matter resolved ASAP
What a horrible experience I’m getting from charity and her team, my car has been sitting with them for weeks no one calls or updates me, small problem of a rim and they are taking forever to attend to my Mercedes C200 Hj83, I can’t believe I’m receiving this kind of service, the ladies also from reception are not helpful, service is bad my Rim was supposed to be fixed already last week till today no one has ever contacted me regarding the car or an update I’m the one who is chasing after this people, clients should be informed and updated, they sent me an sms on 28 they sent me a message saying charity will contact me which she never did I had to run after her, I won’t recommend this place to anyone, last time my car was there they left my back sit open I don’t even know what they we’re fixing as my car didn’t require them to open my backseat It the Same Rim problem. No one cares about clients
Been using Barbra and her team, very loving, helpful, always willing to assist she is the best , you looking for a good broker trust me Barbra helped me since 2014 to date the service is extremely the best, they always willing to assist their clients, they put their clients first , I remember my insurance did want to pay they went to fight with this company until they paid what was due to me.
As a little girl I had a dream to own a luxury car like Mercedes Benz my dream became reality in 2018 March when I bought my brand new Mercedes Benz, let me cut the story short, after 3 months of buying C200 brand new my car couldn’t start normal I had to call Mercedes Benz mechanics to come jumpstart me so that continued to be my problem in winter this was just the beginning, my passenger front seat started peeling off I reported apparently they changed the whole entire seat, after a year or before that I can’t remember my charging point was charging only 1 side I reported they told me there is nothing they can do as is not covered and that I should pay for them to fix, so after that the whole case board also peeled off I was also told there is nothing they can do, anyways I took my car for service and they didn’t put coolant imagine I was told i should have told them to put coolant how funny is that if you take car for service they have to run diagnosis anyways, 22 September took my car in as it was shaking like I’m driving a truck got scared I went to grand central and explained my problem I was then given a quote which I accepted it by 28 September where I gave them go ahead to fix the car, so 05 October 2022 nateesha singh called me saying your car is ready for collection, with excitement I returned my curtesy car and rushed to grand central motors for collection of my car , upon my arrival was told your car is fixed go pay and collect keys after paying lot of money R32.000 as a single mother of 3 is a lot , when I went to the car I noticed they lied to me my car was not fixed, it was shaking even more that when I brought it, I asked them why they didn’t fix it they started telling me stories that all this was communicated to my service advisor said the machanic, they started telling me that they don’t know what the problem after I made the payment I’m sure they expected me to just take car and go because I’m a young female and maybe they thought I’m not educated, my car was brand new when I purchased it came with all this problem, today is 03 November 2022 I still have not received any updates regarding the progress of the car, I lost over 10 deals because of this huge inconvenience of not able to travel to meet clients as I was , JJ the acting manager at that time guys remember all this was all their fault he offered me a curtesy Car which they needed me to pay another 10k I couldn’t take the office as I had just paid 32k for fixing the car and can’t afford another 10k, no one cares about customer service at grand central motors Midrand. No one knows what the problem is in my car I’m sitting without a car I’m just paying it for it while I’m not enjoying the services, a car that was bought with them brand new was problematic after 3 months of purchase,

I bought a bag and it had a problem, the excellent friendly staff Marco and his manager today called me and they have offered me a voucher for another bag, LV service is one of the best they understand their clients and want we want which is Quality product and excellent service, thank you so much my Neoneo was tarnished and I’m happy to say I’m a very happy client as they helped me resolve the matter, thank you so much team for all your assistance.
My bag I returned after 2 weeks they are refusing to fix or refund me, they took it to the repairs still the problem was not solved after waiting for 4 months for the repairs was told I need to wait again, my first LV bags with them has been a nightmare
Very bad service 22 October 2021 I bought 2 bags which one of the bags M44021 NEONOE MM MNG coquelicot and alma BB, both bags were returned 07 November 2021, same day I was given Alma new bag as exchange to the one with the gold coming off and becoming black stained, I asked them to exchange or refund me with voucher the M44021 NEONOE MM MNG they sales lady who was helping me then said to me no don’t worry we will take this one for repairs 07 November 2021 not even 2 weeks after I bought this , today 24 February 2022 I went to collect the bag which they claimed it was being repaired is still the same as I left it after complaining they took the bag in their office and they told me they used Bronze to clean it and that all I need is to go buy a bronze so I can use it to clean the bag, after paying 31k for that bag with a week it now needs to be cleaned by things, I asked them to give me a voucher for another bag they now telling me is too late for that while I reported in 2 weeks, we are being ripped off and fact that I’m a black lady they don’t care because I didn’t spend alot of money hence I was treated like a fool. After 4 months of waiting I was given the same bag issue was not resolved. The manager was very Rude and didn’t even want to listen to me, she kept pushing I should take the bag and go buy a bronze to clean it when the problem keeps coming, that bag has factory faults and no one willing to take responsibility as they already have the money they don’t care about small client.
