Can't get my account to register on their App or website with their stupid facial recognition scan system. Doesn't matter what device I use , keep getting told I will be assisted , wait 5 days for an email and then a random call , you miss it then they take 5 more days before anything else happens.
What's there to share about besides disappointment. Every month the same battle , to get my internet working after a few days of downtime. Sure doesn't sound much but having over 15% downtime since joining is alot.
Horrible experience, since joining in Nov I have been down 5 times. A tech was here 3 times to resplice , presume this would be the resolution for this weeks downtoime too. Genuinely scarry have a SLA of 4 days before my internet will be on again and support? They don't give a flying F. Honestly if you can don't use zoom
Giva our package to wrong person , marked as delivered but we found said person and she denies having it and said she returned it. Now we can't reach courier or driver to actually bring our package.
Order a custom necklace on the 9th of April. Haven't received any communication from the Secunda mall branch , I have been there 4 times noe and still nothing. 14 business days my ass. Pathetic service
If I could give -5 I would. Been struggling with them since march to get our company assets moved over to our new company profile. But they are still billing our old company. With months of issues our account got frozen due to them billing a company that doesn't exist. Now we pay for their mistakes
If I could give 0 , I would. Worst experience since I started banking with them. Forced to upgrade my credit account before they let me increase my credit amount. Due to this I got my account in arrears and never received my Credit card. Order again and all they can say is I will be informed when my card arrives at the bank. It's been more than a month and still waiting. Getting no assistance and all this for after being a client for 12 years. I suggest avoiding them. Completely
Purchased a Razer Tournament edition headset last year April ( at that stage it was selling for R2700 ) The cable broke and it is still under warranty. I requested a return but got denied and their reason is that I inflicted damage and broke the item myself and thus won't be getting a claim. Their service and response has been poor of the start , the person who sent me the email has not contacted or even replied to any off my emails. I only received the initial email and that was that.
