I ordered chargers from BASH and the were not what I ordered. I contacted the call center and the agent told me to exchange it at a branch in Fourways. I drove all the way to Fourways, and then they want to credit the special price I paid and wanted me to pay the full amount for the item.. I have spent more than R10 000 purchasing of things on BASH and supporting FOSHINI, but this is the pathetic service I received. Firstly Foschini and BASH false advertise. Then they want to you to purchase the product, but when it is not the correct product, they make you run around wasting my own petrol and time. I want BASH or FOSCHINI to address this matter urgently, otherwise I will not be purchasing from this store again. I not only bought 1 charger, I actually bought 4 chargers and all of the chargers are not as advertise. The advertise expensive stuff and when you receive it, it is completely different. A very unhappy customer.

I previously logged a complaint on Hello Peter. Edgars called me from the complaints department. I spoke to a man by the name of Lloyd. He told me that he will follow-up with my query and get back to me. Still now, it's been several months, and nobody cares to assist with my query. Once I pay off my Edgars account, I will close my account and never purchase from Edgars again. I would recommend everyone to stop purchasing at Edgars. Their service is terrible and even constant follow-ups on queries never get resolved. All I requested was my payment plan be changed. I am incurring interest and going into a bad record because of no assistance from Edgars. Poor Retail Company.
I have been calling Edgars so many times for them to assist me with my query. They send me to in-store, then in-store sends me back to the call centre, yet my query has been unresolved for over 4 months. All I wanted was for them to sort my payment plan. I have requested over and over (close on the 15 times for a higher Manager to call me, yet till today no Manager has contacted me. I have spoken to the RCS collections people as well, yet people tell me all they can do is write notes on their system. I have numerous times requested a Senior Manager to also call me and no one bothers. I have previously made a complaint on Hello Peter, yet to date no one from Edgars called me. Once I settle this account I will be permanently closing my account and will no longer purchase from Edgars in future.
I was not aware of the procedures and rules of the company from moving my account from an interest free account to an interest bearing account. I have been paying interest without my consent of moving my purchase plan. Getting through to Edgar's is a nightmare. Nobody gives a damn when you call so many times to try to resolve the query. I was asked to go into the branch which I did, then they tell me to contact the call center again. This is so frustrating being pushed from pillar to post. The service at Edgar's is not good. They have *********** people working in their call centers. As a customer I was not informed properly about any changes or rules to my account. I am tired of trying to resolve my query.
FNB STILL PATHETIC EVEN AFTER LOGGING A COMPLAINT. I CALL WAITED AGAIN TODAY MORE THAN 35 MINUTES THEN CALL IS PUT BACK INTO THE QUEUE. PATHETIC SERVICE FNB FOREX. AGAIN I GO TO TUMI (ITUMELENG) AND CALL IS CUT. NO ONE CARES. NO ONE CAN HELP ME. ON 6 DAYS NOW AND NO HELP, NO FEEDBACK!
I called FNB Forex. I was put to 3 people at different departments. A itumeleng, Evodia and Dalene. Dalene said she will transfer me to her Team Leader but I was transfered back into the quque. FNB is holding my investment money and I received no communication, but the money was taken from my bank account. I was first told the money was released to the foreign bank, then I called again and was told that FNB is holding the money by the Compliance Team. I called 4 times today 13/05/2022 and nobody gives a damn. I asked to speak to 2 Team Leaders and was put back to the call queue. **** Service and still no response for going on 3 days now.
Terrible service - I ordered a fridge online. Woodmead was supposed to deliver wihtin 2-5 days. Service is out of SLA and I made like over 5 calls to request delivery today. I even requested that I will not be available and must be delivered today. People at Makro really don't give a damn about customer service. They must practice what the advertise or put on their voice prompts. With this experience I do not think I will buy at Makro again.
