I have spent R1890 for a **** Cologne at Truworths, I'm so done with everything that had Truworths in it. This company claims to sell Diesel colognes but they've just delivered a **** Diesel cologne to me. I was used to buying the "Successful Living cologne" @R1200 and never had any problems, but now I decided to go for an even better Diesel brand that's named "Only The Brave" @R1890 but they just gave me water. This is pure nonsense 💩 💩 💩
This business is a total failure, we can't be facing network problems for about two full weeks and nothing seems to be done about it. It's funny quick they debit their installments but slower than a turtle to attend to your customer complaints.
Shoprite would be nice if all of your staff were there with the aim of providing a good customer service tonus your customers, there is this girl name tamia at Kwa Thema Square Shoprite she's a cashier and she's very rude. You have to give people who have the quality of dealing with customers, I'm not his boyfriend or anything closer to that. Teach your people to treat customers very goo ld for the image of the Company
You stupid stuff in Tsakane is doing **** on us, why is this platform not havind a section of sending pictures. I always buy chips with my colleagues but my orders are always dirty, and actually less of the value I bought for. If you can't do anything with this ugly girl who's your supervisor of that franchise we'll deal with as customers
I need my Policy documents and the store copy of the receipt, but I can't be helped because of the moody ladyworking at Sterns Tsakane Mall. I think she owns the Sterns store so much that she is overwhelmed by treating customers like trash. Monitor claims has been calling me asking for my copy of the receipt but since mine is damaged, they suggested I go to Sterns and seek for help. Guess what, no help was offered or given so which means I've been paying Insurance for nothing. It's either I get help from the Head Of Sterns, or I'll find a way to resolve this matter my way. It's not like I'm scared of this girl from Sterns, I can also be rude and show her my darkest side.
So apparently I I bought a Cellphone under sterns in 2020, it was an A21s and I insured the device, on August 2021 it was lost and I claimed at Sterns Tsakane mall where one of the staff members didn't treat me well. She tookturns to finally process my claim and send documents to the claims office. When the phone was approved she took even more time to call me back and tell me that I should fetch my phone. I received the new device, which was an A22. I got it on the 7th of October 2021, and I asked more than two times if it was still insuredand she agreed, what was bothering was that they've started to double charge me on the insurance and she didn't give any documentationto prove that the device is coverd. I went back to ask and she (Peggy) from sterns re assured me that I don't have to worry cause my device is coverd. I lost my A22 now, and again ive been to sterns and she told me that, "nawe uhlala ulahla amaphone", which simply means I always lose phone, whereas I claimed only once. I want my copy of the documents to claim at Markam but she said she cleaned her Sterns shop, to my Knowledge, each retail brand keeps paperwork for audit purpose for at least 3 years since I also work in retail. I am not happy for this ill treatment and it's the Second time, surely Our reviews aren't taken seriously here
I am not happy, with the kind of treatment we receive for Click at Tsakane mall. I'm here in the queue and I'm behind a very old person who can't even stand for too long, we've called one of their staff amd they're telling us there's nothing they can do. Isn't it that if someone is not feeling, should pass the queue and go straight and pay. Another thing, it smells of chemicals here, the store is under renovation and some of us can bear the smell of chemicals, it's of a first to find such, How even isnit possible for a health store 5o continue operating during renovation. Poor poor poor, never seen such and I hate it when our elders aren't treated with respect !
I have claimed for my cellphone from finrite and they took turns to approve, now ever since it's been approved I'm receiving bad service from Strens. I went there too many times to ask for a form that'll allow me to take a decice from other TFG stores, since they don't a device that is priced R3899. Your Tsakane mall Sterns staff is still giving me a runaround and I'm being left behind from my own work. Another thing is that I need this phone urgently because at work there are Many modules I should complete but now I keep on recieving bad service from Sterns Tsakane Mall. I can't afford losing a job because of your slow service, and these sterns people. If I can't be helped here, there other ways I will find to expose Finrite, and the staff working at Sterns. I can't afford being made a fool.
