Disgusting Service! We sent our 2022 Suzuki Swift for a standard service, as we did last year. (All on Suzuki file). When the rude lady phoned me yesterday to say the clutch etc needed replacing and it was very expensive, I felt we didn't have choice and authorized them to go ahead with the parts and the repair. Today, I got a WhatsApp - not even a rude call - to say the radiator needed replacing too. Now the price had gone up to R25 000!!! It's a fifth of the value of the car! I was horrified! I asked how come this wasn't noted yesterday when they originally checked the car out? They gave me a whole bunch of ******* answers! So, I told them to just give me the car, and I would take it elsewhere. This was not possible as the car is in pieces in their workshop. I then agreed to do the clutch repair, as that was the original agreement, but that they should give me a discount. Guess what the discounted amount is R2000 more than the verbal quote I was given yesterday. DO NOT GO THERE! They told me a whole bunch of muddled up stories about why everything they have done was a lie etc. I am so upset they are putting parts in my car. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL! I want to know how a 3 year old good quality car, that does "town driving" to work and back, and has 75 000km on the clock has all these broken parts to the value of R25 000????? I also want to know how the quote from yesterday is different to the one from today? And how the people I spoke to all have different stories about everything??????
such a lovely agent assisted mt this morning with a booking! the agents are very well trained and try so hard to help their clients.
Samantha Subramoney was the consultant I dealt with. she was so patient and couldn't do enough for me! It was a pleasure to deal with her. I've spoken to her previously, and she has always been top-class!
I've started buying things for my business and home on Makro Online, as I prefer online shopping and have found that I can score better deals with their bulk purchase offerings. However, my last order was a total disgusting disaster! I placed the order on Monday October the 2nd. to date only half the order has arrived - and it was delivered on a Sunday! Lucky someone was there! I have called the call center about 7 times to ask where my missing items are and I have emailed twice, but to no avail. I have tried 2 numbers for the head-office so I can speak to the head of marketing or customer relations etc, but those numbers don't work! My purchase for was general office stuff and groceries etc, and a spent over R4000. They are sitting with my money, and I haven't got the goods I purchased! Every time I call the call center, I get a different story about where the stuff is: e.g. it's with the courier, or it's at the reception waiting for the courier, or today's one, it seems it has been delivered, but hey I'm not sure. The matter has been escalated so many times now, I warn airplanes to watch out as it's probably a few km's above earth! Anyone know how I can get my goods I've paid for? I even threatened to lay a charge at the police for them taking my money and not handing over the goods! Please advise/help!
went to mustek yesterday to get a printer repaired. super quick. was finished and collected today already. they have really improved their customer service. they even carried it for me because it was really heavy. very impressed!
me again. still fighting with Vox. they finally did my installation after endless fighting. now they've sent me crazy invoices that i don't understand. i asked them to call me to explain, but obviously got no response. that's from tumi my client relationship manager. i also also asked her for some information to install some new handsets. still waiting a week later. it gets worse. remember those penalties they wanted to charge me? well we did agree to a reduction because they moved with me, and let's not forget why i had to sell my premises and move - like hello, my father and business partner died our CEO died! and my mother, our general manager landed up in hospital for 5 months both from Covid! leaving me and my 3 remaining staff members to manage an entire business on our own! nice and sensitive company Vox are! well they sent me an invoice for the penalties also for R94 000 odd! jaco the guy (who is meant to be some sort of manager) organized the reduction (took about 6 weeks). well he just doesn't answer calls nor reply to emails. maybe he's left Vox, but no-one told me. i just can't get the guy to reply! the thing is, they have these amounts on their system saying we owe them! imagine how this can affect our credit rating going forward. and just no-one reacts. tell me, other SME owners, how are we meant to function as businesses in an environment where your most critical service provider, just isn't interested in providing a descent service? maybe they can't! every other service provider we use, gives a 24-48 hour MAX turnaround time. without numerous calls and emails and fights. vox just doesn't! i WISH i could leave them!
My business moved offices, so had to cancel my contract and start a new one. The actual telecoms service was good. but the delivery on the new contract has been disgusting. One error after the next, and also they have taken so long to do anything. from reviewing my old contract to quoting for the new one, and now our actual installation has been a total "mess" up. they don't call back, the management are completely untouchable. they only deal with immediate issues and just completely ignore you on any other issues that they don't want to deal with. the experience has been a total nightmare! it's been going on for months. I'm locked into a 3 year contract with them, and have to pay penalties for changing in the middle due to unforeseen circumstances. I just cannot get joy with these people. I'm trying to run a business and we haven't got phones yet, since Friday the first. they are "trying" to get our phones in by this Friday! Every minute of the day, I'm loosing money and having my business reputation damaged!
