Mellins optometrist palmgroov branch full of lies and bull**** They refund me in November 2024 after my glasses frame broke and wrong frame received from day 1 in 2023 my partner still struggling with them to get refund as his glasses and myne broke same way but 5hey dont respond to our emails nothing they have his glasses in in November with myne send it back unrepaired as well stole our 2 x hard cases refuse to returned it to me i dont drive due to disablity they know now whant me to pick up cases but they took it with pick up by my house and refuse to returned it to me with delivery stay away from this company
Verey poor service and client service i was expecting a delivery in CAPE Town on 21/2/2023 iam waiting all day home with no sign of my parcel but they sms me twice stating that deliver will be before 17h00 on 2q February 2023 At 17h40 on 21 February 23 i whatsapp theme they said its still on the road and they will keep trying to contact the driver well needless to say nothing happens I track my package again on 22 February 2023 at 7h30 am whel still showing out for delivery at 9h19:17 21 February 23 at 8h15am i acall in spoke to someone else from client service stating she will speak to management and call me back haha needless to say that they never called me back I call in again at 10h15am speak to some one else again he look then tell me that driver were late yesterday and will deliver today before 14h30 20minuts after the calle i made i received a sms stating it will be before 17h00 today And whatsapp departement ignore me untill i called the 2nd time then get in toutch 35minuts after my call stating sorry for any inconvenience but the driver was late and cant deliver as scheduled yesterday I think is pefetic service i home to never have to deal with this un experience company ever again they are liers and you cant complain about the service as there is no service iam afraid to say that i will receive my package today because clearly they ar untrusted in giving a delivery date time or promise to call as it never happened. PLEASE NEVER TRUST THEM IAM A 1ST TIME CLIENT WITH THIS BAD EXPERIENCE ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEME TO ANY ONE.
I never seen this useless app i opend my pay app with them Yesterday at 11.25 some one pay eft immediate payment grom Capitec Bank peraon forget to add the ref nr i immediately inform moya pay day department its now the next day its 13.39 i sent 5/7times proof of payment and all details need to sent money to my acc now as i must pay bills or ill be outsideon thestreetsplease you keep sayng its going toget sort wat i whant wen Can i acspect .
I order a nokia 1.4 from this Rentoza company and i pay the first month instalment in December 2021 i had a sms from courier company they couldn't deliver as iam not home what is a untrue statement as iam disabiled and cant go out at all i am in wheelchair and crutches so i dont go out i call them and they have story's with me about it and said delivery wil be the next day we in Feb 2022and still no phone recive and i sent emails to Rentoza company and they said they escalate the matter to the right department i need to be patient well how long need a person to be patient and they are a lot of Rude agents working at this company as they firts claim i dit recive the phone and when i said to them i need them to sent me the proof of me recive the phone were i signed for the delivery or copy of my id what i was supposed to show on delivery as i never reciveit now all of suden i must be patient and they keep tray to deduct money from my account but i informed the bank to stop any payments to them untill i received the phone i whant any case to change it to a redmi instead of nokia if possible but no feedback from them
I am a Disabled pearson how walks with walking aids to help me walk i had a parcel what must be delverd to me today iam in urgent need of it i am home all day with 5 other persons here at my house as well we dit request that the delivery must be confirm with me 15 min prior to the delivery deu to me walking with walking aids i received noting that indicates that the delivery will be on its way although i dit not go out i need to gou to the pharmacy but due to the delivery iam scard i go and then they sms or call to say they on there way so now i receive a sms that they were unable to deliver my package i check the cctv footage of the howl morning now and notice the delivery vehicle dit stop in front and 1 min later he pulls off no effort been made to press the bell at the gate or hoot or use his phone to sent sms or call to tel me he is in front this is 1st time in my LL ife i deal with this courier service and forsure the last time i call them immediately to tell them the situation i spoke to Bianca at customer service she writes a mail to the relevant department and tell me i must wait she will give feed back as soon as they do they need to speak to the driver its unacceptable at all due to me been disabled person he dit not done the limit part to just get out of his bakie to walk to the gate with and press te bell but fue to his layzenis i must wait for my parcel hopefulle today and i need to go to get my medication before 16h30 so now iam waiting 30min pass stil no feed back its the worse service i ever receive and rader use other couriers but never vourit as its perfetick service to say the least.
I upgrade my cell contract saturday16-10-21 contract in dads name he lives in a other province as me iam disable and have use transport when i here a friend maybe go to the mall well i upgrade consultant miss Villjoen #2 assist me and upgrade nicely with a double deal i paid cash the admin cost of upgrade and the cost of newsimcard for the other divice i require her to insert the sim in the device she fail to do so now i gethome one houre later test sim not picking up called her she was nice bring it ill just do asimswop dit not mention anything about authority letter etc from my dad i told her iam not sure by when no problem she said,i phoned her today and told her ill sent the sim with uber parcels and she can call me if sim is ready for pickup and ill use uber parcels again now she told me i must be there in person and i must have new authority letter to preform a sim swop and i say no its not acceptable as it is not possible to receive the leter she need now due to personal family matters She give phone to the store manager how is just so unhelpful as she is she refuses to assist me in any form off simswop without the necessary authorization from my dad well i told her its not possible curently and i mean it will not been a issue at all if the consultant dit her work probably in the first place now my dad will pay monthly for a simcard what we not use and not going to recive as they promised the 30day 20gig data i sit with a sim not working at all dont even ask a pin on inserting it to any phone and i paid R106 for it its completely unnecessary to give a client such bad service i will not recommend any one to go to vodacom 4u cape gate as its the 5th time i receive bad service there and its geting worst every time i hope they see this complaint and sort it out as this is 21-10-21 and my obf expired tomorrow 22-10-21 and device and sim is not used at all yet due to sim card issues what is not nice is that if she dit her job corectly she would check that zim the day of upgrade now dad pay monthly for something we not use as a fault of her working experience as i will not be able to get the letter she needed at all and i dit pay the new sim card so is just asgood i had thrown that 106 in the dust bin pefetic service and completely unacceptable no other way to describe it
The service is pathetic i submitted my claim my self no broker services was use on the 28 -9-21 and i never had any response from any one at the living benefits claims department how was handling my claim i follow up on my own cost on the 29-9 the 4-10 the 6-10 and they dont know what to tel me the one manager how is miss Appoules was never available to take my calls and after complaining on hallo peter platform a guy named Matthew syster called me and said he will handel my claim now and he wil call me the next day even if he dont have feed back he will just be in toutch needles to say it never happened and i tray to call him on his nr since 11:30 the next day with no luck he was not avlb and friday afternoon the 8 th of October 21 @ 11:45 i called in again to find out whats the delay and atlast i got a answer s and they inform me my claim is declined oky and i informed the consultant Luwhieso how informed me to let Matthew syster know iam not satisfied with it and will take it to the arberator and onbudsman aswell as i will take it to the highest level possible as it is not acceptable at all needless to say up to now no call received i just received an email from the lady miss Danton how rejected my claim to inform me about her pefetic reasons and on the email she cc a person in how does not have any conetjion with me or sanlam as he use to be my broker on the begining i left his services the day i made my policy paid up 1-9-2018 from there on my email address and cell nrs adress etc was change to me direct never on the claim he submitted any documents etc no corresponding with me about any premition to handel any info on my behalf this will say and iam going to get legal information about it as in my eyes its lack of my personal and medical record that is against the new poppia act and if i can actually open a case about it iam definitely going to and i appealing my claim rejection due to iam on sassa disability grant assessment by sassa docters and ngwalazane orthopedics docktors in kzn and iam not even sure if ill get a knee replacement surgery as the waiting list before the covid pedemic was already 7-9 years for some one and now due to covid there is a huge back lock and iam a asthma and high blood pressure and possibly a diabetic as well as my thairod counting is low and iam 38 years off age so there is no guarantee that i can get or wil definitely get a surgery as my age and my health condition will come in count on the time wat there will be avlb space for me in years from now so i will fight this fight with everything in me but pay will they pay me out.
I wynand Corbitt with policy nr 043425078X3 is totaly discussed with the way sanlam living benefits claims department assist me and handled my claim for the following reasons 1) 27 -9-21 @ sanlam bellville office they cant give me direct assistant and i need to email my claim 2)28-9-21 claim emaild no feed back all dr s reports etc and more than necessary documents is submitted 3) on a daily call follow-up from my side it come to my attention that claim is ad two wrong departments but they tell me to email to living benefits claims department again i understand and on my last follow up on 4-10-21 they advised me that claim wil be finalized nolater than 5-10-21 again i understand 4) 6-10-21 : i called at 10:30 as no feed back received yet i find out its again not finalized and are again sent to wrong dept and the claims dept only got my claim on 5-10-21 i submit claim 28-9-21 so they keep delay in response to it if i dit not following up on a daily bases i stil wouldn't know what is going on with it I went and write a review about them here and then only i got a response from Matthew syster sanlam claims advisor and got promised he handel it and will call me on the next day even if there is no feedback he wil just call to uptade me needless to say no call received 5) i called on 7-10-21 as from 10:50 am with no success to get hold of Matthew syster the consultant Ab was telling me i must understand if its at a wrong dept is not there fault and i must be patient in waiting i told him i submit claim on 28-9-21 and been patient enough now i whant Matthew syster to call me urgently he agreed to msg Matthew to call me needles to say it dit not happen 6 , final point and calles make to them) I called at 10.15 again got to a very help full consultant Luwhieso were he assist me as far as possible he claim that my claim is decline due to no proggres in my disability as iam on a waiting list for a knee replacement surgery what maybe not even going to happens due to the fact that iam asmatic hig blood pressure and skuldklier dont know English word treatment and a state patient how is 38 years old and that the back lock already due to covid pedemic is longer as 7 years waiting list in kzn and cpt now the Frieda danten how ever she is at sanlam dit declain my claim for Disability but the government sassa doctors aprove my disability and put me on permanant disablity grant due to this injury so i dont think any one must ever take out any policy with sanlam the service is discussed and horrible i suffer from daily pain and walking with crutches only short distance as i cant stand or walk long i realy think they just have issues to pay a client and there fore looking for acseuses i even had to relocate as no income received any more and cant look after my self i relocate to friend how help me but they also have expensas so sanlam how took my payment monthly dont whant to pay out now that it is pay out time my next step now goes to the onbudsman and attorneys for assistant to forcing them to pay me out .
I mr W Corbitt with policy nr ( 043425078X3) i have submitted a claim for my policy to pay out due to knee/ joint disease that i suffering from since January 2021 and been on sassa disability grant now due to this disability what i suffering from now i submitted all claims on28/9/21 and follow up if documents are received i dit speak to consultant Luwhieso and receive a ref nr 1295776676 he advised me claim will be sorted on latest 5-10-2021 i follow-up with them on 4-10-2021 and same rf nr was given to me and advised again by consultants Luwhieso that i can follow-up on 6-10-2021 as it will definitely be handled by then needless to say i follow-up again 6-10-21 at 11:30 consultant Norma this time said claim have still not been finalized and no progress yet and she said she have not a rf nr to give me aswell as the reference nr she have is only for there records i must give policy nr if enquire in future but i advised her that Luwhieso dit give me a rf nr on previous occasions on follow-up calls she cant acc Plaine that to me aswell as ask how is head off there department she advised me it is Miss Zelda Appoules on request for her contact information Norma advised me that i must work thru the consultant answers the calls and that miss Appoules is not available to take my call as she is to busy. I never been to busy to pay my premium but now they are to busy to take my calls and pay out my claim i believe it is a very small amount what must be paid out to me according to my statement shows only 19361 rand for sickness benefits claim payable to me value in total of policy is R19661 so i realy think before any person ever thinks of taking out any policy with sanlam be aware that you claim wil take for ever to get handled and finalizing to pay you out this is such a hassle and emotionally time as iff been in good health all the years and suddenly got this bone joint disease what effects my knee and i cant get my body to does the same stuff as before jan 2021 and now i get tired and emotionally exhausted and drained in a very short time iam in need off alot off stuff as due to my disability i also need to relocate to friends as i cant afford to stay on my own any more this is realy a emotionally stressful time for me and sanlam makes it more stress full to not complete the claim as needed all the necessary documents is send and even more as required from them this is why i cant understand that up to now no feed back no payment nothing is progressing from there side.
