This awful place. Such a shame. A family member of mine was a victim of ***ual harassment and upon formerly filing against grievance. She then resigned and was informed today that due to her resignation, they let the guy off on a warning. Is this how female employees should be made to feel?? Being ***ually touched and exploited in a place she assumed was a safe haven? Is this how the company respects women ? This is pathetic.
Such an amazing place. Owners are lovely with such a nice vibe and atmosphere.
Found out that I didn’t get a golf 8 R car key. I got one that has the Vw logo on it. So sad, I want them to give me the proper keys.
Most pathetic service you’ll ever receive. These guys are absolutely useless and unhelpful. It’s so sad, such a good brand but these guys give you the worst possible experience and customer support. There’s a Hyundai Venue sitting with them that they reversed into a pole (not sure how because their dumb driver can’t see the car has cameras but he still reversed into a square pole) and said they don’t know how that happened but looking at the video footage, I’ll never understand how someone can reverse into a pole when the car has reverse cameras and sensors, these dumb ****s still have the car with them because they refuse to have it sent to a Hyundai approved panel beater. Service is **** from their end. Please don’t ever buy a Hyundai from them. They’ll sell you problems rather than vehicles. I’m so disgusting by this branch. It’s not even funny.

JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS amount debited was R500, which was unauthorised! This is bull****. I need these funds reversed immediately!
Imagine being declined without reason " our systems " apparently. But shame, what about your ****ty systems that ask to link banking details over and over again, but wait, they take your money first and then tell you you're declined. I want my refund. R900. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this company is utter ****. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS worse, nobody assists at all. All with the same generic responses. ****s.
This is actually my second review, my first review had to be removed because my partner was informed via phone call that our order will not be sent out until we remove our review! Secondly, communicate is very poor, very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had to make contact with Ndumiso on WhatsApp only for her to tell me they don't have silver, they're gonna send out Rose Gold. Cool, no problem. She asked me if my review was removed then only will she ship out my delivery. I sent her a screenshot stating that it was. All it states was that the communication is poor but nevertheless. I don't recommend this jewellery company. They are rude and unpleasant to deal with. I'm sorry, you guys can see this review and WhatsApp me or do whatever but I am a paying customer and I have a right to elaborate my experiences.
Communication sucks. I've been trying to email them regarding my order and they never got back to me. It's been 5 days already.
I've been asking for a refund in forever. I paid R8590 on the 22nd of December 2023 and was supposed to move on the 1st Jan 2024, on the 27th of December 2023, I requested a refund due to a sudden loss of one of my immediate family member, informing you guys that I cannot move anymore and that I'm within my 48 hour timeframe to retract my decisions to move therefore eligible to a full refund of my deposit and first month's rent. I was informed that finance reopens on the 5th and that they'll attend to it and I should send a statement of my account. I did that on the 30th when they eventually rep****. It's the 5th and I've sent multiple emails regarding feedback. Nobody acknowledged it. What do I do now?? Because I'm relying on that money to assist my family with the rituals and ceremonies.
