pnp should train their staff at pnp hyper maponya mall how to render a good customer service, their cashiers are always having conversations amongst each other while serving customers and today (07/05/2024) I had a very bad experience I needed R600 cash back they were all refusing to give on the 10 items tills, I tried getting it from their liquor and where they play lotto they refused, had to find a supervisor and the 2nd lady I initially asked for a cashback at 1st,when she opened her till there was money and I told her supervisor that's when they allowed me to make a cash back😏😏🥴🥴
I walked inside chicken licken twist street Johannesburg waiting for a friend to arrive immediately I was told I can't seat there without buying, by the till lady and Alinah the manager also told me to leave. I am constantly disappointed by the customer service at pnp family store in protea glen mall, there's a floor manager by the name of Nkhandzeni he is always rude to customers and no action is taken no matter how many times u complain about him, can the head office intervene in this matter cos he verbally abuses customers when they have a query regarding a pnp product. Today I went to buy double cream 6pm yogurts and they were priced less on the shelf and when i demanded to pay for the price i saw on the shelf fridge, he started being rude to me in front of other customers, telling me I like cheap things and I don't understand why I shouldn't pay for the price I see, since it's their job to make sure the prices are correct to avoid misunderstanding. This guy should be moved from pnp family store protea glen to another store, I am not even comfortable shopping there and its the only pnp closer to me, people always complain about his behavior but no help.
Tigerbrands has a very bad customer service, November 2022 I logged a complaint with them through their customer email after I found insects in the jungle oats I bought from pnp. They called me after 2 weeks after logged a complaint and took my details and of the package, its been 2 months they haven't contacted me even after I sent them a 2nd email, they still quiet. Tigerbrands you have a very bad service you don't follow up with your customers and people always complain about your products having worms including your snackbars i saw a video on tiktok.
I bought a box of jungle oats on the 14th November 2022 at pnp protea glen, when opening the box there is a flying insect that is alive, i am shocked and worried about the standards of packaging and quality control at tiger brands, i don't know if I should continue preparing the oats meal or be concerned about eating the aots.
Pep stores in protea glen they don't want to do paxi, they always says they offline and send customers to takkie town, if they don't want to serve us can paxi remove their contract from pep
This company has a bad service, they always cut my internet connection 2 days before our agreed contract date, I am enough with them. When u call them it takes the whole day being caller number 5, they don't have whatsapp line like other providers and the email on their website for cancelation it's wrong. I am done with them and I would not recommend anyone.
I would like to say this is the best insurance company, I have a life cover and funeral cover with them, their premiums are the best ever compared to other insurance companies that I have done quotes with and so far this is the best insurance... I love outsurance
Great service provider my friend has signed up with them for a home fiber and the service is excellent and I like the fact that they have whatsapp for customer support and they quick to respond, unlike sadv with their poor service. Very soon I am joining fly.cool as my internet service provider
I signed with sadv for a home fibre and two days ago they came to install, I had no network on the 1st day and no one even bothered to call and explain the problem, the next day I decided to call and find out why I don't have internet connection for 2 days, it took me an hour and half to finally talk to an agent and even after I spoke to an agent I still don't have network connection and tomorrow it will be 3rd day, I have paid u guys, I want my full refund since the service u supposed to provide to me u haven't and u keep making excuses that u have network issues around my area which is protea glen and that is not my problem, poor service u have, u don't even have whatsapp group that is available and convenient like fly cool. I am going to sign up with fly cool they are better than u, just pay back my refund.
