I hve to rate zero wow ****mers they tried taking my money told me i was not insured now all of a sudden i have a debit order today and i cant even tell talk to them via email the app or whatsapp
An industry meant to turn middle income citizens into fully addicted drug addicts and the service is terrible, i just bought a cartridge that doesnt work, litterally and they will ignore customer complaints or queries like they dealing with coke addicts... let's lobby to get rid of this business out of our South African malls, drug dealers are cleverly entering our family friendly spaces and spreading the social ills of addiction and less productive lives ....
Takealot order #143272395 I received one box with one product the Axis-Y Dark Spot Correcting glow serum but the other product Tretinoin is missing with just the pamphlet packed. im livid this has been a time consuming and money exhausting exercise. I've called the delivery lady multiple times on this number +27 (83) 367-3227 and she said maybe another driver is coming to deliver the Tretinoid. Upon calling your call center i was told by agent that only one box was to be sent to me. illl say this as politely as I can: What the **** is going on. I only received the sms today that my delivery is coming and youve ****ed up my very pricey delivery. I cant ****en wait for Amazon to take you guys out of business because this is total rubish. will be calling my lawyers about this CPA blunder im ****en angry fix this now today!!!!!!!!
I just called today at 21/04/2023 around 11:02 to humbly enquire about Re1 and Re5 and was met by a rather impetuous small minded call centre agent named Zine Pepeteni “as she claimed she is” after asking who her name is and asking what was I going to do with it. I hope she knows there 61% of youth unemployed in this country and that her skills a certainly not a difficulty to replace, I was met with such rude customer service I would rather register somewhere else…
Pick n’ Pay asap has been so unethical in how it has carried its business with me. My goodness it’s as if we buy food from crooks!!!!!!! On my list of items I’m missing a total of eleven valuable items are not there!!!!! I’m so annoyed this is not the first time and they get worse each time!!!
Yesterday we were at Jabulani Mall to do a follow up on the warranty promise we had for the z flip phone we bought just recently last year. We were told by the employee that the store Manager Richard Dlamini and Shafeek were going to handle the matter but upon our arrival we were promptly told to hand over the phone by the same employee who promised us that he would speak to the manager for us about the warranty matter, he mentioned nothing about checking the phone or anything he simply demanded that we hand it in without even exchanging any words of communication with us let alone a mere greeting. On the cctv footage from behind he is appearing to have taken the phone himself snd administering some type of extensive physical tempering on the phone that we we were not made aware of upon arrival as nothing was communicated with us beforehand, the lady at the reception had even convinced us that the manager was not available to meet us today and only the employee who handled our phone previously would be only able to assist. The reason why we came in on Monday was because of the employee insisting that his manager would be alerted about our issue and would discuss with us and see to it if he can assist with the phone. The Z flip phone had no scars or cracks on the screen hence on our first visit when the employee made his first assessment of the issue he only suggested to us that the damage could be attributed to the smalldents AT THE BACK OF THE PHONE. As it was visibly clear that no physical screen damage had taken place on the screen it’s self except for the black ink that at the time was only in the center of the fold. The screen was assessed previously by the very same employee who removed the screen protector and had caused the damage that had occurred only at the center of the screen to spread out throughout the screen, as you can see on the pic above we left the Vodacom branch at Jabulani mall on Friday with the phone appearing to have no visible dents on the front screen only the black that had spread out throughout the screen after the employee tempered with the phone and removed the screen protector It was only yesterday that he insisted to be handed the phone, went to the back and came back insisting that the crack now seen on the photo attached had been attributed to the damage and hence the phone won’t be warranted as it has a physical damage. He got very disrespectful with a senior citizen who happens to be a loyal customer with Vodacom for more than 10 years now, a pensioner, my mother, as she was pointed aggressively by the employee and told she knew about this dent and must not come and act like she’s surprised. The employee told us that he can even show us the cctv footage that he did nothing to the phone but only showed it to his manager but on the cctv footage there was very little if none at all intervention from management but the employee is seen to be taking the matter to his hands and doing a lot of physical handling or work to the phone unbeknown to us We then insisted to see the footage but we were then forcefully expelled from entering the vicinity by the same management that we were told was in abstentia, they even called in the mall’s security guards on us, on a 61 year old woman/customer accompanied by me her 27 year old This has been the worst customer experience meted out to us thus far and we have never been so affected and traumatised!!!!!
Ever since I was called by Caitlin on the 19th of October 2021…. I don’t have my order that was made on the 1st of October 2021. It is now the 27 of October and I’m still without my item. WORST ONLINE SERVICE I ordered my scale and my inflatable ball on the 1st of October and ever since I have received only one item and I have not received the scale. I have not been informed of what could be the issue in terms of delivering my items on time I have made my own means of contacting them and asking them every day about the progress of My delivery I have sent emails I have called so many times I’ve lost count I’ve been hearing the same excuse and I have not received my order yet I’m a disgruntled customer and I am not being attended to and given excuses each and every day from first October till the 15th till today and even till nowI am not as assured of what should happen!!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE on the website STUDIO 88 those people are crooks!!!!!! They run a serious scam!!! I’ve ordered on 1st of October and am still waiting for my items to be delivered. When you call them they transfer you to some coloured ladies working there to hush customers with the ridiculous unheard of excuses. Renée (The lady who works there) was with her colleague today and and even advised her colleague to drop my call when I was inquiring about my order I’m so infuriated at how unprofessional that was and to make matters worse I’ve been calling them subsequently trying to get feedback and progress regarding my order I’ve been told that the courier services could not reach me via cell phone and I had not received and due correspondence regarding this not even by email or sms. I was only told by the phone and was promised to record a track number test regarding this order till today I have not received such and Renée claims that management hasn’t made due response regarding this matter. I demanded to to be refunded and I’m still waiting because no effort has been put on their side to address or redress this matter effectively!!!! Please everyone be warm, refrain from purchasing anything online!!!
