The fibre is really bad and you can't phone after hours because there is no help and I only get .98 mbps at night this is the worse Internet on the planet for almost for over R700.00
Booked a service and they send me around Alberton this is probably the worse service I ever had with a new vehicle
Absolutely useless just like all other entities you open a case and they closed it immediately after without investigating. I'm trying to get false arrears report fix. But they will just ignore you.
I can't get through to these people they keep adding "missed payments" with no response from them and calling them is useless because they don't have a office in South africa
Vodacom fibre are expensive slow and permanently down also no support after 4pm. How can you be a "ISP" with no 24 hour helpline.
Good luck getting help from them you only receive AI generated email slop. They made a mistake on a "miss" payment and refuse to rectify even after I send them proof.
Not only do they not know what's going on with their own debt advocate things they send awful sms for no payment although you have already paid than these snakes send you from demon to snake of advocates and medihelp ****bags.
Don't join this overpriced joke of a medical aid they cover nothing with premiums as expensive as discovery and when you switch to a better medical aid they invent own money that you have to pay them by using advocates.
Apparently they can just add fees medihelp does not want to pay to the hospital
I don't think they are financial capable of handling being a medical aid I have basically paid there entire hospital bill and more money they can't explain. Be very careful of them.
