I would like to take a moment to commend Masilakahe Tinzi for the truly outstanding support and service I have received from her. She has consistently demonstrated efficiency, patience, and a genuine willingness to assist—qualities that are becoming increasingly rare and that deserve to be acknowledged. Her professionalism and proactive approach have made my experience with Debt Busters seamless and pleasant. If I could, I would give her a 12 out of 10! You have a real asset in Masilakahe Tinzi, and I trust she will continue to excel and positively impact the clients she works with.
Worse service ever , I never had any issues prior to this as consultants were very helpful . I did a eft payment Sunday 29 June and sent proof to *Bonolo Sauli and sent proof of this and was told it’s in order . Yesterday I checked again and spoke to Lyndon (ref #10413322) who said pop I sent was not attached and they will attach it now . Today I get a message that no payment was received . I spoke to nozibele x ref 10440816 who said that the process is the team must send to finance department to make a note and place the funds accordingly. I did everything I must from my side to avoid this and make sure all is in order so my line does not get put off while working from home and yet you have consultants on board not knowing correct process I’m definitely seeking other network fibre as this is the worse service ever , I have to do my own day to day job and this as well.
On 16 May 2025 I received two invoices stating I made two separate purchases at store in Bloemfontein. I called the following day and spoke to the manager Emile lined the manager and he requested I send the proof which I did . He sent the email to George Molefe and John Sethuoa as I requested footage for the case made to date even after doing a follow has this company gotten back to me
I've been coming often to doodles since before I moved this side and I have always told many how good the food is and service . On the 26th Dec I had some family who flew in from Durban and told them they have to go to my all time favourite restaurant. We were seated at a dirty table where I asked the waitress to please clean the table before taking our drinks order. She responded by saying no she will take drinks order and then clean . We have our order and she never came back to clean I had to ask the lady Infront who helps with seating to clean the table .I also asked her what the lady name was who assisted us and never cleaned the table she said her name is Kiyana. This was by far the worse experience ever and I will not recommend this place to anyone again after the experience I had . She was rude and disrespectful. I'm the end she never ever came back and sent someone else to place our food order. I don't think I will be coming to this place again
I made a follow up appointment for my son on the 3rd June I was called 2nd and told by clinic reception that no Dis-Chem had stock and she would call following week to reschedule when they have stock ....it's two weeks later and Dis-Chem canal walk has not called .I spoke to Sam who advised clinic has already left at 5:30 . I'm disgusted and annoyed that promises are not fulfilled to reschedule my son's appointment
I closed my account at the wesgate branch and they advised a consultant would call which he did in November /December 2022. He advised me they got a request to close my old account i said yes they can go ahead as i opened a new account with absa . However January 2023 i got calls saying i need to rectify my account as it hasnt been closed and i advised the consultants i will not as the error lies by them by not closing it as they said they would. Now im highly annoyed as i dont recall giving permission for them to debit my new account with 1175 this month to rectify there mistake on my old account . I have fallen short for my real committments for the month because of there bad service and now il be closing all my accounts with them and i will not reccomend there service to anybody ever
I have settled my account-10084679075 with you guys on 04/08/2021 but im fighting with you people to update my ITC as account still shows active which is affecting my credit report . i called again this morning where i was informed Mareece Dalton the person dealing with my case has never escalated the matter ever to be updated as per call with Kedibone. I want this updated urgently as the company is useless i was told call cant be transfferred to manager or to Mareece dealing with the matter. it takes 5business working days to be updated as per my bank that advised this account is haulting me to open an account. i am seriously annoyed with this pathetic service
