I thought the tribunal council was there to assist us tenants but to my surprise sadly not, i had a case with Zelri Properties where I stay and unfortunately I fell behind with my rental though there was an agreement in place and adhere to it, it happened that I have been paying 5000 for the past 3 years to cover up the arears of 26000 and when I suddenly approached them of unfair rental charges, harassing me, blocking off the meter without a court order the tribunal seems like it didn't really resolve the issue because till today i am sitting with no electricity its been blocked its i dont know how else to approach the tribunal because this Zelri Properties people are not fair but then am disappointed with the tribunal council as well for letting Zelri get away with this matter
Pathetic and not professional at all i regret why i even asked for their assistance
Am not entirely happy with rain, they think they are clever
Bad waste of time and money to think that these people will assist you in any matter
I am starting to doubt this financial institution specifically the Randfontein branch i took out a 1 month loan with them but due to personal matters their debit order of December didn't go through i then receive a call from their consultant saying that i am putting her in trouble because I have not made payment how does my problem becomes the consultant problem after that she has the audacity to say to me i should make a plan as if they are running a loan shark institute i couldn't even finish my conversation because she demanded payment i will never use Barko any longer if this is what they do to their employees or clients
I had a loan with wonga, the 6 months loan, then last month I was called by one of their consultants and they offered me a discount on the current loan i had with wonga,i then asked the consultant that what happens after you guys have debited that amount? She clearly stated that after the amount it will be the last and final debit order and i will no longer owe wonga, fine i then saw that it was a bargain and I should option for the discount, month end came and they deducted their debt order, after 3 days i called one of their consultants to find out if have they received their money and will they then update onto their dashboard that i no longer owe wonga, to my surprise nothing was being updated instead I am still getting messages from wonga that i still owe them, then 7 days later i made another call, and according to the consultant nothing was being updated she then said she will escalate the matter further, but honestly I do not see anything happening because till today i am still receiving texted saying I owe them and i should settle the account All i want to know from them is that is this how they treat their clients, because it seems like no one is doing their job properly, all i want from them they should just clear my dashboard close my account and give me my paid up letter, i will no longer use their services as they advertise lies
I recently took out the rain 101 router on the 10th of January and however since the router came we never had internet connection after numerous tickets that I have lodged with them eventually because they were not contacting me i took initiative to contact them myself after i have told like 4 sales person that i am still struggling with my router eventually they sended me a technician to help me with the router to my surprise when the technician came he checked the router and told us the sales person who sold us the rain 101 **** to me as theres no internet connection and from our complex there hasn't been any coverage so he took back the rain 101 router back and changed it to some other router to my surprise when I check my balance to make payment they tell me theres a prorata fee of R997. 00 which i was never told about i was told about the R595 payment that should be made every the 1st when I called them to explain this that after a lot of times that I have lodged tickets and my router not connecting how come should I be paying that R997. 00 I was told by the sales person that well i should pay it and thats how it is i honestly dont know how is this possible. I can't pay for something that i struggled with and tried to contact rain where else they took their time to get back until i contacted them too quickly to look for money and yet they take their sweet time to help customers
Rain router was delivered to me on the 10th of this month everything was fine till i plugged in the router, the courier guy told me that after plugging it in i should wait an hour then every it will be fine But ever since this router came it has been buffering so much that even when we connect on our phones it says no internet connection at this point i dont know what to do i have sended numerous tickets and non of them have been responded to it is so pathetic for this rain people that even when you experience issues with their router they fail to respond and resolve the problem ive done everything from re-setting the router and rebooting it now it is even buffering more All i can say is thst can they just come and take back their router because wow poor service
I dont know why can't these guys be honest and start communicating clearly if you are unsure of the area you call the client and verify However I am told that the courier guy updated on his notes that he could not find the address no phone call from him nothing poor communication of these people
