Organized Crime or Petty just *****s
It has been 12 days since a refund on a returned, defective item was confirmed on the return itself, but still no refund! In the list of successful refunds, this particular one does not reflect in the list. After multiple attempts to contact takealot, all I received was false promises until, eventually I was just forgotten and further attempts to find out what's happening just ignored for an entire week! Takealot has seemingly become too big, so much so that they have declined drastically in terms of service and client etiquette. They don't even bother with these reviews as they once used to before they stopped giving a **** about customers or quality service delivery. As long as they can make money off any poor ol sap. Should this matter not be sorted out by today I will be exploring other options available to me including but not limited to the consumer protection authorities, law enforcement, and take it to any form of media at my disposal to ensure as many people as possible know about how takealot conducts "business" these days, like any other common ******** syndicate! In these tough economic times even takealot has taken to *******ion and theft, truly pathetic!

Unfair treatment
I was granted a bursary 2024 because financially I was unable to pay for studies this year I told them to cancel the application. My biggest concern is last year application was approved they paid UniSA.however NSfas decided to reverse the funds without informing me or making any sort of arrangement.I called NSfas line several time spoke to a manager and they said they will give me feedback since 12.02.2025 I'm at my wits end I've sent emails and called nothing was resolved now I'm owing UniSA so much money which I can't pay off because of NSfas .if my application was declined I would've made another plan but is it fair to approve an application and a year later reverse the funds which I'm handed over by the UniSA because of this I can't write exams ...it's such an unfair service I've received I've met the criteria yet they said they picking up I'm earning a millions an annual..how I wish and I would not been in this current situation. It's the most dishonest,unfair service I've received from a company. I called in they said they will give me feedback just to shut me up ,which they never do. It's such a disgrace to treat someone like this. I need this to be resolved urgently because I need to write exams I. Need to clear my credit record. It's unacceptable

Ive been living in the house for years however i found out the property was sold *******ly however im struggling to get this resolved . I've never received a letter of eviction but somehow city power people keep on cutting the cables *******ly ...this is unacceptable i want to know how does city power allow this

Citizen feeling unheard
I have been staying in a government house for 20 years however i have never received a title deed ive been trying to getting and asking if its possible to buy the property i was told no...im in such a state and dont feel safe since a lady has been coming to my house stating that she bought the property and i need to move out I don't understand how this happened ,i need help please

INCOMPETENT LIARS RUINING MY FIRST MOTHERHOOD EXPERIENCE!!
The disrespectful, incompetent liars in your employ are turning what's meant to be a pleasant, joyous first-time experience into sheer hell! On top of everything I have to deal with, EVERYDAY I HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU PEOPLE FEEDING ME LIES AND DOING NOTHING TO RECTIFY YOUR, I say again, YOUR ***** UP!! I am in my 39th week of pregnancy and my biggest stress is having to deal with Discovery Health representatives that either cannot do their job or simply refused to! The maternity benefits were activated timeously, confirmation of this has been provided via the app and numerous representatives I have spoken to, yet still every time i visit the doctor or do anything in line with the benefit you inconsiderate people still deduct from the MSA(savings) I have accrued. I spoke to an Onele who advised the case will be logged and escalated to a superior. SEVEN DAYS LATER, after a NUMBER OF DEDUCTIONS from the MSA, I spoke to some Zinhle who advised that the Onele person in your employ DID NOT LOG ANYTHING and that Zinhle will do her job....she did not! Zinhle did the same NOTHING that Onele did! I then made use of the chat facility where a Nicole person engaged with me and after some time she terminated the chat without advising she will and definitely WITHOUT RESOLVING MY QUERY!! After engaging with THREE people NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Today I engaged with Rezana and they advised that none of the evidence I have provided thus far has been attached to the case. Furthermore, this Rezana is asking me(after saying there are no screenshots attached, she somehow located it), if the 37 week screenshot does not relate to a previous pregnancy? Like really?! This is my first child! I also spoke to Kuvashin today who was the first person out of FIVE PEOPLE to actually provide a reference and some sort of progress 9380235462, however, today another amount shows it has been deducted from the MSA! How difficult is it for you people to just do the right thing?! I am in my last few days of my pregnancy and you people are just adding more stress and ruining this experience for me!! How the am I supposed to focus on my child and birth when you people are causing me to stress solely on the financial element and whether or not my child and I will even be able to be in the hospital before we get kicked out due to your disregard for my life and well being! You people have ALLL the proof of all the aforementioned interactions. Should this not be COMPLETELY RECTIFIED BY COB TODAY, then I better have all the chat transcripts and voice recordings as I WILL be taking the necessary escalatory steps.

Horrible service
On the 18/08/2021 my tv didn’t connect however I took it back to game store in southgate because it was still under guarantee.however they said I need to pay R3000 for repair and I told them I literally had the tv since the 01/04/2021 .I refused to pay the amount and asked them to give me my money back but I didn’t get my tv and my money back !!!
