Absolutely the worst experience of my international trips so far, and there eete numerous to compare it to. Delay upon delay. Passengers get issued with a meal voucher at a restsurant that can't cope. We have been waiting just to place an order in excess of 55min. We have called on waiters numerous time, but get ignored. Hope the actual flight experience is better but won't get my hopes up on this one. Flight QF64 , 23 November 2024
If I could give 0 stars I would have. We have been sitting down for almost 50min in which we have not been offered any menus. Our Qantas flight was delayed and they gave the passrngers a meal voucher at Diner. It is overcrowded and the waiter keep on ignoring you. I doubt if we would have time to place an order at this pace
People should always check the prices on their promotion at the cashier. They never seem to update their system with thd promo prices. 2 nd time in 3 days this has now happened to me. It took them around 20min ( of my time) to update the system. That was at 14h24. My question is how many customers got overcharged before this time not seeing the one day only price advertised on social media. I have reported a similar problem to Spar HQ, no feedback.
We have been waiting on FNB to submit bank statements to our lawyer regarding an deceased estate since end of June 2022. Everything came to a standstill because of their lack of service.
We pay a lot of money to send parcels to our loved ones who can not be reached. My kids sent us a parcel from NZ. It arrivef in JHB early on Monday 6 Decrmber and have been therd ever since pending a commercial invoice . Everytime the courier company makes an enquery the response is the same waiting for the invoice.How long can it take to issue a invoice for import taxes is my question. Social media has groups with 1000's of unhappy Fedex clients. Never experienced the bad service with parcels from SA to NZ. First time sending from NZ to SA and this happens. It seems to be the South Aftican work force that are the biggest problem. I would not recommend Fedex to anyone. Save yourself the headache and rather buy gifts online.
I have reported bad reception and missed calls in our area for some time now. The first generic answer I got is that they will get back to me within 4-5 days. Not even they are able to get hold of me because of the calls not ringing through. I have requested that they install a signal booster as this is an ongoing problem and people in our area are busy with a petition. We pay subscriptions but don't receive any service. Totally frustrated because everytime you make an enquiry you just get a generic answer that they are still investigating. This problem has been with us for a long time now but got worse as time has gone by. Could we get some useful info regarding the problem and action taken to improve the service.
